We were concerned that the garage door presented a hazard and the very skilled technician (Trevor) that came did not disappoint. He diagnosed what the other company had done and he remedied everything. We had to have everything installed again (springs, bar, garage door opener, etc.). Trevor explained everything to us and was a pleasure to work with. We feel 100% confident in his installation. We have used Door Pros before so we know that they do excellent work and stand behind it. We were worried about our safety and our cars with the other installation. We are relieved that the new installation remedied everything. Just a note of caution. If you call Door Pros make sure that you are calling the real company and not an imposter. Door Pros does such good work that other companies try to impersonate them. If you don't see the Door Pros truck send the tech packing for your own physical and financial safety. One final thought: We all take our garage doors for granted because they usually just work. When they don't call Doors Pro. They do not disappoint.
