OLD SALAD!! I ordered a salad for my 10 hr work shift and when i sat down to eat ALL THE LETTUCE AT THE BOTTOM WAS OLD AND BROWN! The cheese was clumped up and the meat wast stuck together! ( I HAVE PHOTOS) before i noticed the brown lettuce at the bottom i took a couple of bites and about 15 mins later i started feeling like i was going to throw up! I took the salad back and the nice young lady at the front was very understanding UNTIL the crazy COKED OUT OWNER CAME STORMING FROM THE BACK CURSING AT ME TELLING ME THERES NO WAY I COULD GET SICK FROM THAT STORE! & why didn't i call him yesterday i explained i work 10 hr shift and im not allowed to be on my phone at work he then felt stupid and then started to apologize for cursing so i. then started to record and i will be posting the video on here and the photos! The square pizza is the way to go here. The amount of sauce perfect and tasty, and can have the style of flavor or pizza you would like to have. It was a crowd pleaser for our little gathering. When you pay for an extra item n get very little, hardly any sauce or cheese and pay extra for that item for a small $13 never again! Nick and his team at Jet's Pizza in Marysville are awesome! Late this past Saturday night, we called Jet's Pizza in Marysville and spoke with Nick to place a large order for pick up for the very the next day. Nick was very helpful, made recommendations and answered all my questions. We needed to feed lunch to about 40 people for a family get-together the very next day in Marysville and we were hoping to get some great-tasting pizza and wings. It was a fairly big order of about 10 large pizzas with different toppings and 100 chicken wings. The challenge was that we called very late on a Saturday night and needed to be able to pick up the pizza and wings the very next day on a Sunday, at a time close to when Jet's Pizza opens, so we could be sure to feed our guests during lunchtime. Because I've worked many different restaurants myself, I was a bit concerned that there wouldn't be enough time to get everything ready by lunchtime (especially 100 wings, which take longer to cook), but Nick assured us everything would work out fine. What was very impressive was that Nick was scheduled off that Sunday, but he came in early to make sure the dough was prepped and pizzas and wings were all ready for us by the time we needed to pick up at lunchtime on Sunday. He and his staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect and this was very much noticed and sincerely appreciated. And the pizza and wings? They were incredible! All of our guests raved about how delicious the food tasted. The pizzas were all cooked perfectly, sauce was great, cheese nicely melted, all the different toppings were correct and the chicken wings were crispy and very delicious. Look, pizza places are a dime a dozen, competition is fierce and everyone knows that. But to find quality pizza and wings at a great price can more challenging. Even more rare is to find a place that will take a last minute, large order the night before an early pickup AND the manager comes in to work on his day off to make sure everything goes smoothly and expectations are met/exceeded. I can tell you...customer service like that is very hard to find in food service today. Bottom line, if you want awesome pizza & wings and great customer service in the Marysville area, this is definitely the place to go. Thank you Nick and Jet's Pizza Marysville staff! read more

Jets is always great! The Marysville location was on par w my lunch order! I asked them to have it ready at a specific time. I got caught up at work and was coming in 20 mins later they kept my food warm in this cold snowy day and we're super friendly. Everything was made exactly the way I ordered it!! This is by far the worst jets around. My order is yet to be correct. This time I was given an order worth $18 less then what I paid for!! I asked to speak to the manager... What a joke. He could have cared less. Didn't listen to my complain & refused to credit me the $18 I was over charged... I will never order from this location again. Ordered pizza at 5:43 pm for delivery. Was told 35-45 min ok typical delivery time. I called at 6:53 when we haven't received it and was told it just came out of the oven!!! Over an hour later. The sarcastic kid says well it will be fresh ma'am. Oh will it? I said so now that it's out when will it be delivered, he responds with oh well I have to wait for a driver to get back. K so it won't be "fresh". After telling him that it's absolutely ridiculous that it took over an hour to cook my pizza let alone delivery it he had nothing to say and hung up on. We have been long time customers of this Jets, but no more after today. The manager refused to refund or fix our order due to an error in the online ordering. I also asked him if he "wanted to keep his customers happy" and he responded with repetitive "no"'s. Terrible service and a terrible way to treat long time customers. They care more about making money than keeping customers happy. read more

We called for a pizza delivery last night and we're rudely told that they were closing if we wanted a pizza we would have to come get it. So I did. Their prices are extremely high, service so so at best, and the pizza not so good. This is not the norm for this store, but this is the one I will remember sad to say. read more

i work i n the area and have never had anything but exceptional customer service and quality food from this location. another reviewer said they are a bit pricy, and that may be the case but you get what you pay for. their deep dish is fantastic. the pizza here is miles away the cheap cardboard $5 pizza. read more
