He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The store features a good selection of models and toys including RC planes, rockets, put together models, die cast and plastic cars, trucks and aircraft, and more. There's even a mini race car track in the basement for racing events. It looks super cool. I wish we lived closer so we could check out some of the races. All in all, it's a great place to buy engaging and fun models and toys.

What's cool is that there's another gaming store right across from it, so you can browse both. I like checking out the other store for trading card games and events, then coming here when I'm ready to pick up games, collectibles, or gifts. Over the years I've bought plenty of video games, Funko Pops, puzzles, and board games here. They always seem to have a great selection, whether you're looking for something in English or French, games for kids, or collector cards like Pokémon. I usually end up finding something I didn't know I needed! The staff have always been friendly and the store is easy to browse. If you're a gamer, collector, or just looking for a fun gift, it's definitely worth stopping in and having a look around.

There is such a wide variety, there is something for everyone as well as new games to add to your collection. One of the employees told me that the barcodes are coded for languages. FR for French, ENG for English, and Multi for multi language. This was super helpful for finding games in English. I wanted to buy quite a few games here but the prices were quite steep. They had a 3D Catan that was about $100 more than the one on Amazon (US website). However, this was a fun store to look around and the employees truly were great.

The bad: VERY low on card games (so low you really have to look around to find them). Staff can really be in-your-face when you are just browsing, and that is truly annoying. The bad for me is what made me not give a store a five-star review. In fact, l might be generous with four as l am a card game fan (Munchkin, etc.), but they are so rare there. And the staff asking if you need help every five minutes is truly annoying (and afterwards looking at you from a distance).

I still find everything too pricey, though there are sometimes good deals. But the arts and crafts material here is just too bloody expensive for no reason. I was also surprised to find, that not only do they not carry any parts to make dolls (like little ceramic or plastic heads and arms etc..); They were also entirely unhelpful in their response and borderline hostile/ at least visibly annoyed that I would dare ask where one might be able to find those types of items. A simple "no, sorry" would have sufficed. (Better customer service would have at least entertained me and asked whatever for I may need such funny specific items, and my response ("We're going to make our very own Christmas Tree Angel") should have elicited great glee and pleasantries amongst us, but alas t' was in my fantasy Michaels, not here.) Lady still managed to convince me to sign up via email/phone number which is supposedly going to give me access to better deals, which may make me bump this to 4 stars, but so far I'm sittin' pretty at 3.
