His partner, Arsen, was professional, conscientious, and hard working. They demolished and removed our old wood deck impressively neatly and swiftly. They worked through several days of extreme heat and beating sun and never slowed down. They were punctual, worked long days, cleaned up the jobsite before going home each evening, and completed the job sooner than we ever expected. Shaiful totally rebuilt them to the 8" standard step height, creatively adding the needed extra step as a diagonal step on the first landing. He also sub-contracted the railing rebuild to a company that also did a great job. He also replaced a 50 ft fence that was old and falling apart. Everything was done quickly and excellently, and for a reasonable cost. Saiful and his coworkers deserve all the 5 star ratings you are seeing here on Yelp.

His workers got a significant amount of paint on the deck itself, and worse, on the bricks on the outside of the building! The damage done will cost far more to repair than we would have spent getting the job done correctly the first time. Oh, and each day of the job, his workers would barge into our apartment without ringing the buzzer or knocking, even after repeated warnings to give us notice about when they were coming.
