Signage is awful. In general I thought I was going to accidentally plow through pedestrians when trying to see if Walgreens was actually there. I would feel bad about giving a bad review on this place based on their parking lot but it's a friggin Walgreens okay they won't mind and I happened to be using the parking lot to go there. I like Walgreens because what I need is more often in stock and not on backorder. However, I will say that the people at the other pharmacy are much friendlier and more patient in the way they speak to me, explain things and present options. I have gone through the Walgreens drive through on several occasions, and it feels like I am a bother to the employee... no greeting, no asking if I understand everything, none of the common courtesy I receive at the other pharmacy.

On a recent visit- the store manager asked me several times if I had found everything I was looking for and when I told him what I was looking for specifically, he actually escorted me to the aisle to find the item. I think that is pretty good customer service. It's busy and some days you may have to wait in a line ( especially at the pharmacy) but they usually open another register to move the people through. I go to many Walgreens and usually don't review them, but the customer service I got at this location was worth writing about.

The nurse practioneer was one the phone in an empty room. She looked at me and closed the door. The door said busy with patient. Knowing she had no one, I knocked and asked could I be seen.
