Renee is an antique/vintage gem in the industry! She was able to reset a right hand vintage ring that I wore on my wedding day on a new band. The band now allows more light to shine under the diamond for a bigger and brighter sparkle! As a sentimental touch, she engraved my wedding date and married name on the inside of the band. I took my watch in for repair. I eventually got an estimate for the cost and agreed to have the repairs done. Things worked fine for about 2 weeks then watch would not rewind or keep proper time. I did not take watch back to Jeweled Legacy because I did not want to let them mess up my watch anymore than they already had. I wasted about 150 dollars on watch repair that was worthless. Since then I took watch to KC Watch repair and paid probably twice the amount than Jeweled Legacy but my expensive watch is like new and working perfectly. read more

I was distraught about the loss, and worried about finding the best place for repair/replacement. After reading social media reviews of several different places, I decided to check out the highly recommended Jeweled Legacy. Going in, I knew right away it was the prefect fit. (I almost lost sight of why I was there, distracted by all the beautiful unique pieces for sale!) I browsed a few mins while Renee finished up the previous customer; she was designing their wedding rings & they were delighted with her work. Although I knew it was inevitable, I was hesitant to leave my ring for repair because it'd been on my finger 24/7 for 35 years. Renee understood and quickly put me at ease that she'd take excellent care and have it repaired quickly. I then felt comfortable enough with her to ask about my 100+ yr old family ring, that's been on my opposite hand 24/7 for 40+ years. She said those stones were extremely loose and recommended repairing the worn prongs. I left there feeling naked without my rings, lol, but as promised she quickly completed both repairs. I am very pleased with her work. The rings look better than ever, yet the repairs aren't noticeable. What more can you ask for?! I don't know if I'll be wearing my rings another 35--40 years, but I'm confident they're strong and ready to be passed along to my daughter whenever the time comes. Last but not least, I've found a fun new place to shop for gifts and/or something for myself. This is a great place to either buy that one-of-a-kind vintage jewelry piece or to have repairs done. The selection is unique and huge. The owners Renee and Will are great to work with. Renee is a certified gemologist and extremly knowledgeable. They have worked on several items for me. They restored several old vintage watches, repaired my badly torn gold wedding ring, repaired my wifes bent and missing diamonds anniversary ring.
