If they can't post correct business hours I'm certainly not trusting them with a firearms restoration. Oh, and the one guy that was there, working in the weekend? He was very proud that because HCR bought them they could let their front office person go and use HCR's folks instead. I get economics, etc., but bragging about being able to fire someone (lay them off, whatever) is completely tasteless and reinforces my belief that money trumps values with these folks.

I've shot each of the rifles ranging from a 257 Roberts to 300 Weatherby and 338 Winchester Magnum and each one met or exceeded their guarantee. Even the 338 WInchester shot much better than any rifle that powerful has a right to shoot! Matt Bettersworth is the single most knowledgeable person I have ever met regarding rifles. If he tells you something, he's probably right! I can't imagine why anyone would not be very satisfied with their service. Every business has a "bad day" once in awhile where everything goes wrong at once, but I honestly can't imagine HCR not making it right. They are good people with an extremely talented group of gunsmiths.
