The guys at the Bulverde store are the best. Every person there was gracious and helped others with problems and favors that most shops would just shrug their shoulders. I bought a consignment gun, a really nice .270 WSM Sako. I visited twice before purchasing the gun. Cory was super courteous and answered all of my questions. Just bought my 1st suppressors here and can't tell you how easy they made the process! Super knowledgeable guys and walked me through the process step by step and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes with no appointments. Was at one of the larger gun shops in town the week before and the guy told me at least a 2 hour process and you will not get any product till after the 1st of the year. Just picked up my 3rd gun from theses guys this year! What a great set of employees they have. I went in today to trade in two pistols and buy a new Glock 19. However they happened to have a Glock 19 MOS used in great condition for a solid price (for 2020 haha). They gave me a good offer on my trade in XD and XDs too! $230 out the door for my new Glock a OWB holster and some ammo, win! .29/rd for 124/9mm btw, in September 2020! I was in the store this morning and traded in a rifle to put towards another rifle in store. The staff was very fair in their evaluation of my trade in and even went into explanation of how their pricing works. At no point did I feel cheated or taken advantage of. Staff helped me find a new rifle that fits my new needs at a very reasonable price. They even installed a new sling mount while my paperwork cleared. I will absolutely do business here in the future. Don't buy a gun here unless you trust technology. Filled out the ATF form 4473 using one of their computers and I couldn't purchase a firearm because even though I triple checked my answers, somehow it changed my answer for "have you ever renounced your citizenship?" from no to yes. I love this country and I'm a big patriot, you can probably tell from my profile picture, so I would never renounce my citizenship. So if you want your firearm purchase to go smoothly, then purchase it from a store that uses the paper forms. read more

So Armed in America Firearms clearly knows they have the market cornered in my local area and the employees act like complete a$$holes. Seriously, the customer service is horrible! Went there about two months ago for a few 9mm rounds and they tried to upsell me on new pistol - whoa! Seriously, this was next level unprofessional when all I wanted was a few boxes of steel. They should have kept it simple - sorry no we're out and our next truck is expected on xxx date. Today was the absolute worst experience, truly unimaginable and this will be my last time visiting - I'll invest the time and energy to head over to Academy. When I entered the store I headed straight over to the counter with all the pistols and rounds - I know what I want. Unfortunately, they only had one person was working, and he was on the phone. He motioned with his hands - 1 minute and confirmed back with a thumbs up (yes, I'm stand literally 4ft from the guy). Again, no one was in the store except the two of us. About two-three minutes later another individual entered the store and a second employee magically appears. This employee CLEARLY SEES ME and proceeded to help the individual. The guy ask for 9mm and 45mm and the employee takes the last two boxes of 45mm off the shelf and gives them to the guy! I looked at the employee on the phone with a WTF look and he just shrugged his shoulders. Then, like little mutating leprechauns a third employee appears and I tell him what happened and he gives the old - I do t know what to do look - they don't pay me enough to think on this job. This place lacks all professionalism and common sense regarding the basics of customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you avoid this place and save yourself the headache. Response to owner... Seriously, you had three employees and they 'lost track of two (2) adults/customers in a little store front (me and the guy that walked in about two minutes later) and I clearly called them out on it and they still had a confused 'I don't know what to do...' look with no verbal ability to respond... But, you want me to trust you with my prized investments or make an every day purchase... that's a BIG 'HELL NO!!!' If your a current or potential future customer.
