Every other store that I had perused before had an atmosphere of trying to push something on me that I didn't want, trying to up sell me, and were simply just after the commission. The staff here listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions based on my answers, and helped me design exactly what I wanted. The overall experience was so wonderful and professional and I could tell that the staff were focused on getting the ring right instead of just getting something sold. They also have a wonderful selection of other jewelry such as watches, rings, bracelets etc so if you are looking for a great experience don't hesitate to visit their store.

It was only an inexpensive timex, it had been loosing time, so I figured it just needed a new battery. I asked if he could change the battery in my watch,he said yes.I asked how much , he said $13 . I said ok, he took the watch and went back into his office. There was a window so I could see him at his desk. I could not actually see what was doing, assuming he was changing the battery.After about 10 minutes or so he came out handed me back my watch, charged me $13 and I left. After while I noticed my watch was still loosing time, so I figured since it had a new battery something else must be wrong with it. So I bought me another Timex watch to replace it. I set the older one on my dresser and after a couple of months out of curiosity I checked my old watch on the dresser and it had stopped running. Now if it had a new battery put in it back in Sept.,it should have been still working. I do believe he frauded me by not changing the battery and charging that he did.. I will not go there again.

They have a wide (5+ brands) selection with many in luxury status, and these brands range from 2K to 18k range. My Experience: I found the store well-planned and laid out. The staff, including at least two generations of Boccardos, were present, and 1/3 greeted me as the others were busy. They left me alone to peruse the store, then advanced to assist me when they saw I was ready for attention; they approached me for what type of watch I was in the market. I was dressed in jeans and a leather jacket and treated like a customer interested in an excellent wrist piece, the same as in Chicago, where I was last month at the Omega, Tudor, and Breitling boutiques. The Watch: Though they did not have what I was looking for, they had a Zebra, a Seiko-Prospex LX, for a STEAL! You can not beat a watch that blurs the line and sticks it to the Rolex GMT more than MY new Seiko-Spring Drive Lx, GMT, zaratsu polished titanium Batman. If you want a couple of amateur horologists to banter, this is the watch, and it pairs well with an aged Japanese whisky. The word Seiko and luxury puts a sour taste in the mouth of those pursuing luxury, but the guts in this watch fall short of none. A true engineering marvel. With my fan-boy love for this watch, it has a well-established position in my collection. They have a fantastic display of Longines, Breitling, Oris, Luminox, Bulova, and other watches that fit all budgets. I was pleasantly surprised and will return when the itch needs scratching. This is a decent business, with quality products and great staff interested in their products, at least the watches. As we discussed, I agree with not servicing or dealing with "grey" watches with all the fakes. I would not want to be ripped off by a random fake AP, Rolex, or Omega until these watch-producing companies stand by their product if certified. If they turn you away, it's the right thing to do in their interest, and it's business. Stores like this are relationships, and you have to work on them.

The young man working in the store seemed about as disinterested in helping us as possible--more focused on playing his video games than assisting customers as we browsed.
