I've been training with Jey for more than a year now. A big part of my strength and shape is due to Jey. I am over 50, mother of 4 kids but no one would ever know this when they first meet me. Friends constantly ask how I keep my figure - the answer is hard work and JeyFit!!!! Since working with Jey, I am able to do many things I never imagined I could do before. I am stronger, more fit, and proud of my body. Being a dentist neck - back and shoulder pain is always an issue. Jey has also helped me strengthen these areas and taught me exercises so my neck and back are no longer hurting. Thanks Jey

Once I started watching my eating, all the work with Jey started to kick in. 6 months of work in progress!

Simply put, Jey is great. I've had the privilege of training with Jey in two different groups, and even when the sessions are packed he is able to personalize things for each individual. The groups are so good not only because Jey takes the time to make them worthwhile, but because inspiring people are drawn to continue working out with Jey. Through my work, Jey hosts bi-weekly circuit trainings at lunch; arms/core on Monday and legs/core on Wednesday. With people coming and going all the time, having to leave early for meetings, take calls during an outdoor session, or disappearing on business travel, he still takes the time to make circuits that work whether you have 30 minutes or 90 minutes of time, and whether you've been coming out for years or it's your first day. For new people, he focuses on building confidence, teaching proper form, and making a fun atmosphere that makes them want to keep coming out. For the regulars, he is always inventing new challenges, and pushing us to continue improving. Jey also hosts free morning workouts every Sunday by the convention center (perfect if you want to cut your teeth on his Beast Mode workout). A few people from my work show up, but this group is made up of all the different people Jey has inspired to keep coming out. What's unique about the Sunday session is how Jey utilizes the built environment to create his workout. Running and climbing up stairs, hopping over rails, weaving through flagpoles, he takes advantage of the location to its fullest. Best of all, Jey practices what he preaches. On Sundays, he does the workout with us. When he asks us to do 30 reps at work, he'll turn around and do 60. He works himself out too, and connects with everyone in the class that much more because of it. Jey is a great trainer who cares about you and helping you achieve your goals, even in a large group. If you're ready to push yourself, he'll be there to support you!

OMG I super love Jey!!! He is an AMAZING TRAINER. I met him at LA FITNESS many years ago. I was always the one that went to gym and used equipment all wrong and my body techniques were all wrong too. Jey taught me so much about working out correctly and how to eat right too!!! He is my trainer and nutritionist too. Best of both right!!! I used to weigh 135 when I met Jey and now with his help I'm down to 95 pounds!!! I'm looking even better then in high school. And I'm old. Lol. I super highly recommend him. He is knowledgable and so passionate about being healthy. I'm HOT LAVA cuz of JEY! If u wanta Look HOT, then go see JEY!!!

I've tried all the new circuit classes from Revel Fit, Renegade, OTF, F45, and I guarantee that no one will program or kick your a$$ like Bryan at Versatile Fitness! This is a no-frills, old boxing gym vibe (think OG Rocky) where you come to WORK! Bryan's programming, exercise acumen, and super sets will challenge you, but also be some of the most effective and productive workouts. He has almost every piece of equipment I've seen in a gym from rowers, ropes, barbells, curl bars, pulley systems, sleds, water weights, benches, kettlebells, free weights, Terra core, TRX, bands, discs, and the list goes on. I have attended about 10 classes and I have yet to repeat a workout. It's insane the quality of training and programming you would get through this gym for the price. Anywhere else, it would cost thousands for this level of programming, so anyone who attends these classes is getting a steal of a deal for this type of workout! Classes are 45min, with several stations per class. Each day has a target focus such as pull, push, leg, abs, and/or cardio, depending on the day. The target is there, but you are always getting a decent total body workout. Each station has 2-3 exercises that you do 2 sets per station. You have around 3 people per station, and then you rotate. Bryan goes around to demo each exercise as you move stations, and also has the workouts written on a whiteboard at the front of the room. Bryan will also provide quick corrections, as needed. Please note, in large group class settings, rarely will get you get alot of correction or instruction. It's not feasible to have that much personalized focus in these types of classes. Each class starts with a short warm-up, and a quick cooldown at the end. I have only taken class with Bryan, as he is the staple of this gym. He also has an extensive background with over 20yr of experience and he also offers some nutrition and personalized coaching programs for fat shredding and other fitness goals. This gym is a hidden gem and morning classes are usually full. I am literally perplexed how the afternoon classes are not exploding with members because I have yet to see anyone have the stellar exercise programming and versatility that Versatile Fitness provides. I've seen so many different trainers and attended many gyms, and Bryan's programming is the most innovative and BRUTAL (in the best way), that I've experienced. Conveniently located on First Street and accessible 24 hours, the gym is clean and well-maintained. Occupying the entire ground floor of a building, it has a feeling of spaciousness about it. Fellow gym-goers are friendly and always willing to engage when you approach them about routines or exercises. No attitude at this place whatsoever. People are genuinely happy to share their successes and reflections on their own self-journeys to fitness, which makes the gym feel like not only a place the place where you can go to work out, but also a place where you can continually learn from other gym enthusiasts about ways to improve your own focus on physical improvement. A sense of a community among people with a common interest in health and fitness, and a willingness to share it, are two of of the most unique and notable characteristics of this gym. The owner, Keith Deidrich, pays meticulous attention to the gym's layout and functionality, resulting in a nice rotation of machines and weights throughout the space. It's exciting to come in to find a new machine, such as the very impressive cable crossover set up, complete with high bars for dead-hangs and pull-ups, or a one-of-a-kind lat pull-over machine that requires the force of your elbows, placed on pads and pushing down, to accomplish the exercise. It's like a squat machine for the upper body. In addition to the machines and freeweights, the gym has add-on weight blocks in gradations of two-and-a-half pounds that are custom-made to be inserted on top of the machine pulley racks to increase the resistance in smaller increments when the built-in 10- or 15-pound increases are too much of a step-up. Being able to use these blocks has enabled me to slowly increase the amount I'm lifting without making a jump up to a higher weight that is just too heavy. And there are plenty of cardio machines as well. In short, this neighborhood-centered gym with its relaxed vibe, excellent equipment, and friendly and respectful members makes working out a highlight of my daily schedule.
