Ro took me into her brow room and introduced herself. She was conversive in a comfortable, friendly way and discussed what she would like to do, she asked if I had any preferences or anything, in particular, I wanted to get done. I told her I would go with what she was comfortable doing. She gently applied wax to clean my brow areas and filled them in then topped them with a brow gel to keep them in place. My brows look amazing and her fill-in technique is superb. They look super natural and perfectly contoured. I would recommend and return to Ro without a doubt. The Spa is really nice as well, smells wonderful, looks clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. I might schedule a facial here soon.

I was told facial is 90 minutes and that everyone that worked there had "20 years of experience and we're good", so both of us were scheduled at the same time with different aesthecians. We arrived to our 3pm appointment 15 minutes earlier and We were greeted and taken to our room right away. Great! We're off to a good start! While starting the "extraction" part of the facial, my lady recommended more to be done because of the amount of blackheads, etc. It was an additional charge of $25, I asked if I really needed and once she agreed, I also agree. Hence, ihesrd really good things about the place so I figured why not. My personal experience was good, nothing extravagant, but I was happy that I opted for receiving the "more extracting" because boy did she make my eyes tear with all of that extraction of impurities. My husband has oily and much more visible impurities than me, which I assumed he would be recommended the same...turns out that didn't happen. Upon getting our things together, my husband told me he was not happy, he had the same visible blackheads and said he felt like he received a face massage, rather than a facial. His aesthecian put creams/gels on his face and would disappear. I spoke to the lady that checked us out (turns out she treated him and I got Cindy)...she said she removed a lot, but he needed deep extraction (In my head I'm like "why didn't you just say/recommend that?!?), that I got it, but not him...again...how is he supposed to know what he needs, if you the "professional", do not assess and advise you client?? She said "next time, next time" I having a good experience did not want to argue, total was $125 ($50 for a regular facial and $75 for me) He gave her $140 (keep the change as tip, you do the math...)...she then said "we ask for 15%-20% tip", so basically she demanded more of a tip. I've never been demanded a specific amount of tip, last time I checked, people tip based on their experience and what they WANT to tip... Whatever, he gave her more. After that experience, I would not recommend or go back.

The massage chair didn't have as many settings as I've experienced elsewhere but it did the job. The manicure was great as well. When I arrived, she examined my skin and suggested I wait for the dermaplaning. She explained my skin was inflamed and irritated. I appreciated her honesty. She could of just proceeded with the procedure and took my money. We did just the facial that day. It was wonderful and I left there feeling relaxed and my skin looking great! I just had my first dermaplaning session this past Saturday. It was a total success! Toni was patient and took her time with the procedure. I was very nervous but she reassured me that she would take her time. The results made me extremely happy!! The procedure was painless and in Toni's skilled hands...no nicks! I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt after questionable services, business practices, etc. and kept sticking around but last night was my final straw and I canceled my membership. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time and while I was waiting, I noticed an employee browsing products in the front, casually chitchatting with employees and just assumed she was on her break. Turns out this was actually the aesthetician that I was waiting for. Once I was settled in the room and she came back in I laid there awkwardly for at least 10 minutes while she had water running. After a while she said "sorry I have to prepare the towels, they weren't done, I thought I had a break between my appointments but I guess not so that why I'm doing that now." Okay, fine but shouldn't rooms be properly stocked and ready before guests arrive? Keeping in mind I've just seen this employee 'hanging out' in the front but yet I'm laying here wasting MY time and money. She then proceeded to strike up a conversation about kids and autism (I had mentioned to her that I am a teacher) and that my boys are on the spectrum.... She then asked me if I took Tylenol when I was pregnant with them!!! I was shocked and horrified that anyone would ever ask such a question, especially a "professional." Later in the conversation I was discussing upcoming plans for the weekend in a local town about 20 minutes south of here and she told me to be careful there "because it's dark there" I told her that I was going to be there in the middle of the afternoon and then she said "no that's not what I mean by dark, it's the people you need to be careful of." Okay, so now we have moved on from autism causes to blatant racism. If I wasn't laying there with product on my face I would have run out of that room. What a horrible experience from start to finish. This place really used to be so nice, why I bought membership package so long ago, but sadly cannot say that anymore. With so many other options locally I will no longer support this business and their awful, prejudiced employee.
