I purchased tickets for my husband and myself using the senior/disabled discount as I am both. Whether it was my error or an error with the website, the tickets were purchased for the wrong date--I had planned this as one of the few gifts my husband and I would share this Christmas season--and we hoped to go on Christmas Eve. When I checked the tickets on Dec. 24 to see what time we were scheduled to go, I saw that they were actually issued for Dec. 17 and we had missed the date. I purchased them on Dec. 16 and being disabled, I require time to plan and ensure that we can make it on time--I never schedule anything next day. And besides, as I said this was intended as our Christmas event, the only thing we had planned that Christmas Eve. I contacted Fever to ask if we could use the tickets anyway, and was immediately denied because "fine print says no refunds or rescheduling." I emailed again and explained the situation and asked for a little grace and kindness at Christmas...I wasn't asking for anything special, just for them to open the door a little wider that evening to allow two more people access. Denied again, with a "we appreciate your understanding." Well, I DON'T understand. There were two old people with nowhere to go and no family around on Christmas Eve, and this venue didn't have the kindness and compassion to allow us entry, though we had paid for tickets and now have to just lose that money because of a scheduling error and a refusal to show us grace. I hope that it was a lovely time for those who were allowed in. Sadly, we'll never know.

Kelly welcomed us when we arrived and helped us get checked in. She told us how to get our garage parking validated, how to use our tickets for food, drinks, raffle drawings and autographs. She was delightful and we definitely took a shine to her. There was a full 2 hours of entertainment. A DJ provided music and the Chowboys dance team performed. Food was provided. I had the nachos, which was cleverly packed as a do-it-yourself entre. A generous bunch of tortilla chips in a flat box with several toppings that you dump on or dip in as you please. I saw the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches that had mounds of meat but no bbq sauce or other toppings. Two drink tickets were provided, too. A good assortment of canned & draft beverages and margaritas. There were many diehard fans who you would remember seeing at the games and some other special guests. Three current players from the Cowboys football team arrived for the autograph session. It was nice, meeting them, although briefly. The only thing missing were cheerleaders. How can you have a Cowboys Experience without Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Barry did a great job, organizing this event (and has been for years) but.. really?

I mean......uh so I gave him said info and a text came back with an ETA. We hopped in and we took off. Hair blowing, sun shining, and PETE was full of info and spunk. We laughed and had a blast for our 7 min journey from Uptown to the Perot. When he dropped us off we booked him for an hour or so later. He text me when he was 5 min away and we went back down and hopped over to the Crow Collection. They do not have set hours, but try to end by 11pm. 13 Frogs in the Fleet. All over uptown to FairPark and in between. If a game at the AAC, or an event at AT&T, etc is taking place they book up super fast. So be in the know you may wait a bit for a ride. They hold I think 6 ppl in each and are installing doors. I like the open air about them though. They are super clean. You just feel like a kid all over again. It is amazeballs. Do not be an uptown jerk and freeload like a $30,000 millionaire. Lets keep these guys going. The advertisement and our tips, bc they do not charge for rides, will have the Frogs creating Tadpoles. On the last tour the tour guide mentioned he was worried about the fate of Sundance square because the members of the Bass family that took care of Sundance is stepping down and it may go downhill.
