I patiently texted her and asked about further needs to get the refund. Then she simply said she has a busy schedule and had to work around that when it was already past the tax day. She then called me and shouted at me for saying she was unprofessional and then called me a bitch aggressively on the phone after saying that she would just give me a refund because I've been "pissing her off". I have never written any bad reviews for any services or restaurants but please avoid her because I don't want anyone else to go through this anxious & traumatic experience.
