The 1st Adjustor from Pacc Solutions - gave our claim to another adjuster there due to the fact he refused - Text Messages. The 2nd Adjustor - gave us a very hard time returning calls and texts from Husband and Myself. I personally Contacted my Insurance Company Adjustor and told me that Pacc Solutions Adjustor was sent an invoice 2 weeks ago, I contacted Adjustor from Pacc -He said will get to it.... took total of 3 weeks before he contacted my insurance with an Invoice. I was so upset that it took 4 months before Closure of our Claim. Tried Calling Brookfield Office, Got Answer Machine.. Connected me to another Answer Machine. Getting a hold of any one there you must know there cell number, to reach out to them. The Accounting Department - Just seems like no one will contact you unless they have some new information to tell you. Almost Contacted Michael Robb at that time I believe is the OWNER? Ultimately, we ended up going for something basic and simple, but it looks great. Their landscaping crew was very professional and did a great job. I'll definitely look to Lupfer for when we decide to plan more flowers next spring.

We resently had hail storms and they came and I entertained them because I don't have any idea what to look for as far as roof issues, so the guy insisted to go up to the roof and inspect and then he came down and showed me pictures, lots of them with red circles telling me those are the damages that hail causes he assured me that my insurance will cover and I have to contact my insurance for inspection which I did, I doubted anything he says since I don't hear anyone in my neighborhood complaining about damages infact none in my neighborhood had any issues, he also told me my neighbor down the road-(he gave me the address)also had damage that they are tending which I found out it is not true and I told this roofing guy that it is not true. So the insurance adjuster came along, the roofing company wants to be here as well so they can point out the issues, I was told that they don't have any doubts that this claim can be denied as I have more damages than the other customers they had that was approved. Adjuster denied all the claims and no hail damage noted. This roofing company still insisted hail damages are visible. So they wanted to come up again and inspect, that's already been inspected 3 times. He wanted to appeal and resubmit additional pictures to my insurance. Before he come up to check the roof I talked to this guy and told him about the denial of the claim and the reason why, when he came down he told me the adjuster is right, no visible damages on my roof????? I mean, where are the red circles they've been showing me earlier?? this is a straight up lies and deception!!! But I am so glad I don't have any damages on my roof but why lie to me straight in my eyes. Oh my God. Talking about trust here. 3 people from this roofing company lied to me and the sad part is their manager came here too and saying the same thing.

They did not replace the boards under the roof, reused the old flashing, which was practically crumpled tinfoil at that point, did not properly flash anything, some flashing is even missing, and the granules of the roof are already weathered after a year. Now my chimney is leaking from poor flashing. Erik did not even ask for payment until 6 months later, likely because he knew they did a bad job. Would not recommend.

I'm a dog owner (as are many other residents), and the fact that we cannot count on this crew to arrive at a consistent time each week is incredibly stressful. Since they take TWO FULL DAYS to mow our portion of the neighborhood, this means we're effectively unable to enjoy the use our backyards for two days out of the week. Since the yards are also cared for piecemeal (ex. Someone cuts, someone else comes by an hour or two later and edges, then someone else comes by after another hour or two and blows), we have no way of knowing who will be entering our yards at any given time; the whole practice seems to be for the benefit of padding hours. A bit of forethought, organization and common courtesy would go a long way to solve these issues.

I don't understand why they don't blow all of the leaves into the yard before mowing or blow them into a pile afterward and take them away. This method is both lazy and rude, and makes me wonder whether they are trained to do this or whether the individuals who service this particular yard have developed this "shortcut."
