We used them for installation and that was fine. the issues we had were the unit they sold us was too small for the opening so we noticed a gap after it was installed. It's on me that I didn't double-check the measurements but its also why I bought from someone who specialties in this. Then, when I called them about a fix, their first option was to charge me for a piece to cover the gap. Final issue post-install is the window developed small crack. I called them for warranty service and their response was again to offer options where I have to pay. They eventually agreed to call the manufacturer for eh warranty but it was like pulling teeth. I followed up after a couple weeks and again got an unenthusiastic response and no information. That was about 6 months ago and I've given up on them.
