We hired Mike and his crew to repair a large hole in our home's foundation that was caused by water erosion from a downspout. This repair required their digging down several feet to replace eight cinder blocks, waterproof the repaired area, and replace the stucco that covered the area. We also hired them to replace damaged stucco on another area of our foundation, also from water damage. We are very pleased with the thorough and aesthetically pleasing work he and his crew did, and they thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They were very careful of our shrubs when working in the small area around the hole. They adhered to the time schedule and the negotiated price we agreed upon, even though the water damage was more extensive than could be seen before work began. My chimney urgently needed repairs, in early March. Pieces of concrete were falling off, some onto the AC/heat pump next to the chimney. I called Mike and he returned my call very quickly. He came to see the project and determined they would need to install scaffolding to reach the top. I also asked him to add some height to the flue, to improve the draft. We agreed that this work would be weather dependent; we were pretty lucky and the work was done over a period of four days. It looks great and my draft is a lot better.
