Disclaimer: I hired Mr. Kim through my legal insurance, so I didn't pay him anything directly. I don't know how much it would have cost me compared to what I received, but it is hard to put a price tag on Justice anyway. Background: The dealership that sold me my car said it was "new" and promised that it would receive a clean air vehicle rebate from the state of California, even though it had been used as a dealer service vehicle. The state denied my rebate, and I tried to handle it with the dealership. The dealership did not work with me to fix this, they were nearly non-responsive and moved too slowly. I hired Jae to receive advice about this situation and see how I could get my money. We spoke over the phone and I sent Jae my documents (contract of sale etc.). He agreed that I had a case. Jae wrote a letter to the dealership and a few weeks later a check arrived in the mail, from the dealership, in the amount of the rebate. I had an excellent experience with this attorney. I was being sued unjustly by my landlord and didn't know what to do as I have never been involved with the court system.
