That entire week was wasted time that I could have spent finding another attorney. If they had told me upfront that this was not something they handled, I would have gone elsewhere immediately. There were no "pointing toward other resources", which we didn't need anyway, just being written off until I had to insist, somewhat astoundingly, that I expected to pay. It has been mentioned in other yelp reviews that you push ppl to write good reviews and I should have been more wary of that possibility.
