This place is worth the visit. 1st time: Our waitress was Janayla. It's the first time we have ever seen her, she is new. What a great addition to the team. She was so professional, respectful and you can really see she loves working with people, all smiles, very attentive and helpful. 2nd time: We are on our way to visit family, we asked if they wanted something to eat. We sent them a link to their website menu, and they texted their order. This time we ordered front in the front. Wilson one of the owners was taking our order. That man gets dressed with patience in his sleeves... lol. I said nothing, not hungry. He said what about Tropical Bay! He knew I would change my mind. This time Joelys took care of us. She's been there ever since we started going. Wonderful young lady and I know she's been rightfully going up the ranks at the restaurant and given more responsibility. She does a great job! Already knows what I order and all the intricacies. She's always happy to see the customers. Through every visit if the owners are there, especially Diana she makes it a point to come see us and takes a few minutes to say hello. They are salt to this earth wonderful, hardworking people. I like more of the meat and less of the fat (other people like that). For dessert "Flan de Queso" is pretty good. Flan is like a custard but incorporates a caramel type sauce.
