Portions were generous in terms of empanada size. I want to sing praises to Tropical Coco (Coconut Soda). It was the perfect hint of coconut and subtle sweetness. My friend and I decided to find and order this soda somewhere. SERVICE: More pleasant than it should be at a food trucks. Great hospitality. We were even called by our first names. Service was also quite quick. VALUE: The menu goes up to $16. Most items are priced at $12. $6 per piece is a bit pricey for empanadas compared to local restaurants but this was also event pricing. The ambiance is nice, they have good music playing in the background not too loud and not too quiet. We went in the evening, so all the lights were turned on which made the experience enjoyable. All the food was really flavorful, and they had a ton of options for cocktails. The complimentary sauces are phenomenal and definitely take the dishes to the next level! Unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour for our food to come out and despite being told appetizers would be quick they took awhile. Server was kind and apologetic and explained they had a new training chef although it felt others around us were getting their food. I do wish they would have given us a complimentary appetizer or made one free of charge as the wait total was almost 1.5 hours.
