I was disapointed with how mich a simple oil change cost me, and the customer service. I will also add, i spoke with the manager, and he ended up being rather rude, and talking so loud AT me. I just love his name. The customer waiting area is very comfortable and they will offer you a coffee while you wait. The garage itself is fairly clean with lots of bays, an alignment machine and several technicians available. They charge on-par rates with other local garages and may be a bit more expensive than some small back alley shops, but they don't feel grimey like some cheaper places do. Overall I found them to be honest, direct and most of all polite to their customers. I trust them to work on my vehicles. I had brought my old Ford Exploder there and they treated it, and me, very well. I even had a comeback and they investigated it properly. Turned out not to be their fault but they still decided not to charge me for taking the extra time to investigate a battery issue. I would recommend family here without hesitation.

I was an extremely satisfied Instamek customer today as they went above and beyond to help me get…read moreout of a tough situation. I parked my car at the Kinsmen centre last night and when I got out it wouldn't start. Luckily my wife was in the area and was able to pick me up and bring me home. The next morning I called Instamek before getting dropped off at my office letting them know about the issue. They asked me a few questions to try and diagnose the problem and said they would fit me in immediately. I was able to leave my car key in the mailbox at my house, the mechanic drove all the way to home to pick it up while I was at work. He then went and fixed my car and left my key in the inside of my wheel well exactly as I had instructed them to do. This was all done before noon....and the repair cost me less than $100! Very impressed at their ability to go out of their way to make sure I was able to get back driving same day AND I didn't have to re-arrange my day to deal with meeting a mechanic or calling a tow truck. Thank you Instamek!!! I'll be using you again.

I told them the nature of my electrical issue, and they came out. If I had wanted a jumpstart and no actual mechanical work, I'd have called AMA for free. These people charged me 200 dollars for a jumpstart, and now I'm taking this to a real mechanic anyway. Avoid.

Back again. Totally condescending g "brakes squeal", " sounds fine to me", "it is normal for brakes to make noise and what was adjusted could have gone back", "it is a new noise". Waste of time and money. If you are female, avoid this or be mansplained.

Would not take any car there mechanics damaged valve cover gasket two times and still did not fix…read morethe problem. they required me to pay more money to have problem fixed after i have already payed 930 dollars to have it fixed . ended up leaving shop with leaking valve cover and went else where. horrible experience would not warranty there work and will cost the customer money without fixing ur problems.
