My 30-year-old car has 273K miles of wear and tear on any original parts, so the job turned out to be more than simply replacing the pads. The quoted estimate was $1500 for the pads, brake calipers, drums, brake rotors, hardware kits, fluid, and labor. I had seen my car on a lift before taking it to Advantage Auto, and after inspecting the wheels, I knew the brake job was going to be involved (which is part of the reason I didn't want to do it myself). Jason loaned me a car for the day, which I greatly appreciated. AA worked from 9:00 till around 5:30 (they had delays in receiving parts from across town), and got me out of there the same day. My final price of $1300 was lower than the estimated $1500, as they didn't charge me for all the replacement parts. The brakes have been working as needed over the last month. Was it a lot of money? Yes. Did I get what I paid for? Yes. Would I go back? Yes.

Started with my check engine light coming on and then then the parking assist light flashing, next the service soon light! It was like a lit up Christmas tree of warnings! Sent my anxiety soaring! So- I took it right in. I took it to Midas because I trust them. Went in and asked Scott if they could take a look and see what the heck was going on.... I was ready to blame the snow and ice for it all! Well....(Drumroll) They SO found the problem! A bunny!! Or as we call him, Kevin Jr. Appears this cutie was causing quite the kerfuffle!! Kevin (The mechanic) at Midas was amazing. He went above and beyond to get Kevin Jr. out safely. He was so careful not to hurt him and he extracted the cute big hairball out of my engine like a true professional. Kevin Jr. was released into the wild to go get into someone else's car! : ) Afterwards they took great care of my car, and me. Fixed what the bunny damaged (which was a result of him chewing on things) and now I'm happy to say my car is all better. I took it to a reliable small mechanic in my town and they got it fixed up for less than 1000. Again, do not trust these guys, they are looking to rip off people who don't know any better.

This past week i purchased a set of tires for my wife's Telluride. The experience was very professional and sales personnel were knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions as I selected size, type and price range. The selection was extensive and pricing was very competitive as I had online shopped several business in South Tulsa area. You can make appointment and drop off or arrive at schedule time and wait for service to be performed. I worked with Zach and highly recommend asking to speak to him, he is very patient and helpful. I also had good experiences having my F-150 serviced several times including once that required using computer connected diagnostic tools. The labor plus replacement part cost was very competitive and significantly less than a Ford dealership estimated. Had received.

Went to pick up my car and they…read moretold me that the drain plug was so tight they had to put extra force on it to loosen it which most likely caused a "microfracture" to cause a larger crack around the drain plug that then leaked oil so badly the car was almost undrivable. Only after calling the area manager did the quoted repair cost go from $700 down to 350 and finally settled at 150. They very obviously messed up and refused to take full accountability.

Pros: it seems they're the only tire place open on Sundays…read more Cons: we are not regular clients of Hibdon tire. We have not been here since 2014. The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.
