Safety is out the window, and all they care about is getting you in and out while making as much profit as possible. We brought our van to be serviced (placement of a new radiator) on a Saturday. When we picked it up the workers complained about how hard the job was, but that everything was working perfect. We paid and went home. When we got home the van stalled out!! We looked under the hood and IT WAS A MESS. The battery not plugged in right, screws, bolts, hoses not connected right, hardware sitting on the upper portion of the hood, and a BROKEN radiator (the clips that hold it in place were broken off as if someone had just forced it in and then attempted to cover it up). The radiator was loose and sliding easy back and forth. We brought it back in on Monday (closed Sunday). My husband had to take of work for this, and I work nights, so this was not easy. They were initially defensive when we showed them all the problems, but when they saw all the issues they apologized and said that they would take care of the problem. We picked it up later that evening, and when he got home to look at the new radiator--IT WAS BROKEN still!!! We called again and were told to bring it up AGAIN! We dropped it off Tuesday night at their request so that they could fix the problems all day Wednesday. We pick the car up on Wednesday. We get home.....THEY GLUED ON THE BROKEN PIECE OF THE RADIATOR PASSING IT OFF AS BEING FIXED. THE PIECE FELL OFF WITH GLUE ALL OVER IT. My husband and I were over it. We paid close to $1000 for a service that was not done. The manager REFUSED to refund the cost of the radiator telling us to just go back AGAIN so that they can "fix it." We told him NO, because there is ZERO trust left in their quality, integrity, and their complete disregard for safety. My husband has been in the aerospace field for over 15 years as a higher level mechanic. The only reason he couldn't do this job himself was due to time!! They did not realize that my husband knows mechanics well, including all of our vehicles. Me being in the medical field I see how dangerous car accidents are firsthand. On May…read more19th, all four tires were replaced by technician Kelly Crain under service advisor Michael Takanashi-Perez. I paid nearly $1,000 for this. When I attempted to leave, my driver's side rear tire was grinding against my rear bumper guard. This damage was not present before my vehicle was in their care, as evidenced by two passed North Carolina state vehicle inspections from September 2025. I did not leave the premises. I went back inside immediately. Michael Takanashi-Perez acknowledged he should have called me but claimed he assumed I already knew. He did not. Neither did technician Kelly Crain. Whoever drove my car to the front heard the grinding and said nothing. Their own inspection report photographed my driver's rear wheel well with the tire removed, giving them a clear and unobstructed view of the bumper guard's position, and documented nothing specific about it contacting the tire. When I raised concerns, they blamed the new tires having deeper tread than the worn ones. This is implausible. The difference between 5/32nd and 10/32nd tread depth is approximately 4mm, less than the length of a fingernail. All four tires received the same negligible tread increase. Only one is grinding. I have had tires replaced and rotated multiple times since the bumper was damaged in 2018 and this never once happened. On May 22nd I called to follow up after no manager contact as promised. I was called by Justin, then by Michael Takanashi-Perez, who asked me to come in. I made two Uber trips at my own expense based on their promise to attempt a repair. Approximately 15 minutes after dropping off my vehicle, before it could have reasonably been brought into a bay and a repair attempted, I received a text saying they couldn't help. Michael and Sheree were conveniently absent when I arrived to pick up my car. No service ticket documenting what was "attempted" was available. No bay camera footage from May 19th has been provided despite repeated requests. They produced a second inspection report with the car lifted off the ground. Gravity naturally shifts the bumper away from the tire when the car is not bearing its own weight. This was not a repair. This was documentation for their own legal protection. I am a disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ woman. I was treated dismissively at every turn, talked down to, and stonewalled. Formal complaints have been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit and with my insurance company. Do not bring your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman, disabled, or LGBTQ+. They will damage your car, deny it, and make you jump through hoops while they cover their tracks.

They gave me a 36,000-mile or 3-year warranty--which I hit right on time since I drive about 20,000 miles a year for work. My AC went out in October 2024, just a few months after the warranty expired in June. When I brought it back in, they told me the warranty was up and quoted me $1,500 to fix the same system they had already replaced just three years earlier. The guys up front were nice, but honestly, it felt fake. I left feeling like they were trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. When I took my car somewhere else, that mechanic suggested I call Christian Brothers back to see if any of the parts were under warranty, since many AC parts typically come with a lifetime guarantee. But Christian Brothers told me none of the parts were covered because they buy from a wholesaler that doesn't offer those kinds of warranties. The bottom line: they charge premium prices, the work doesn't last, and they don't stand behind what they sell. I won't be going back.
