There was something wrong w/ the starter. The mechanic fixed the starter, but didn't put back my AC/Heat compressor (which was operable), since I could only afford to fix the starter- so I spent that winter w/ no way to defrost my car. In about July or August 2023 I brought my car to their 51 St. location, where the mechanic told me he would fix my AC/Heat that the other mechanic took apart. Eddie called that mechanic who told him he threw away my compressor. After I brought my car to Eddie in August 2023, months went by with no calls. I called them & was told by Daniel, Eddie & Pat that Eddie was working on it. I continued to wait until I got a call from Daniel & Eddie in Early November saying my car was fixed! I went to them and paid $634.33 (see photo). I drove a short distance & the AC/Heat was NOT fixed as I had paid for. I brought the car back & Eddie admitted that he noticed AC/Heat would cut off- if he noticed this, why not tell me? Dishonestly. He told me to leave it & promised he'd fix it. Months went by into 2024. I received NO calls from Shamrock, so I called in about February- Eddie said the weather was too cold to go to the salvage and look for the part, and he promised to go when it got warmer. The summer of 2024 came & went, and still no follow up. Mind you, they still had my $633 & never offered to refund me as I waited- it was now about Aug. 2024, yes you heard right- a little over a year later, with NO follow up. I went ahead & called the shop asking for updates- Eddie stopped taking my calls (and to this day he never spoke to me again). Daniel told me Eddie was still "working on it". I asked for a refund until they made the repairs- Daniel said he'd check on my request for refund. He called me back & said the refund was approved & he told me Eddie finally got the right part & would repair my car!! Literally a month after I got my funds back after a year, Pat called me saying the owner Gregg Sicka told me to move my car & that the repairs that his mechanic took apart, wouldn't be fixed. I emailed Gregg that same day pleading with him to fix my ac/heat that was disconnected at HIS shop. Gregg came off arrogant & dismissive. He gave an attitude & basically said sorry, but it's your problem & he offered to tow it and dump what his mechanic took apart in another shop. See screenshots of his words. I had to file a complaint with BBB- in Gregg's response, he had the audacity to say that he could have charged me storage fees for my car sitting at his shop waiting for repairs that HIS mechanic took apart & that another mechanic wouldn't fix. Gregg Sicka also claimed that my car, a '99 Lexus, couldn't have the AC/Heat fixed, because the art doesn't exist & my car is too old. Which is not true. I hate that I've gone through this. I am considering a small claims suit, for repairs not made by his shop after they took apart my AC/Heat. Waiting on the outcome of the BBB complaint before I take that route.

On May…read more19th, all four tires were replaced by technician Kelly Crain under service advisor Michael Takanashi-Perez. I paid nearly $1,000 for this. When I attempted to leave, my driver's side rear tire was grinding against my rear bumper guard. This damage was not present before my vehicle was in their care, as evidenced by two passed North Carolina state vehicle inspections from September 2025. I did not leave the premises. I went back inside immediately. Michael Takanashi-Perez acknowledged he should have called me but claimed he assumed I already knew. He did not. Neither did technician Kelly Crain. Whoever drove my car to the front heard the grinding and said nothing. Their own inspection report photographed my driver's rear wheel well with the tire removed, giving them a clear and unobstructed view of the bumper guard's position, and documented nothing specific about it contacting the tire. When I raised concerns, they blamed the new tires having deeper tread than the worn ones. This is implausible. The difference between 5/32nd and 10/32nd tread depth is approximately 4mm, less than the length of a fingernail. All four tires received the same negligible tread increase. Only one is grinding. I have had tires replaced and rotated multiple times since the bumper was damaged in 2018 and this never once happened. On May 22nd I called to follow up after no manager contact as promised. I was called by Justin, then by Michael Takanashi-Perez, who asked me to come in. I made two Uber trips at my own expense based on their promise to attempt a repair. Approximately 15 minutes after dropping off my vehicle, before it could have reasonably been brought into a bay and a repair attempted, I received a text saying they couldn't help. Michael and Sheree were conveniently absent when I arrived to pick up my car. No service ticket documenting what was "attempted" was available. No bay camera footage from May 19th has been provided despite repeated requests. They produced a second inspection report with the car lifted off the ground. Gravity naturally shifts the bumper away from the tire when the car is not bearing its own weight. This was not a repair. This was documentation for their own legal protection. I am a disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ woman. I was treated dismissively at every turn, talked down to, and stonewalled. Formal complaints have been filed with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit and with my insurance company. Do not bring your vehicle here, especially if you are a woman, disabled, or LGBTQ+. They will damage your car, deny it, and make you jump through hoops while they cover their tracks.

We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. My estimated time of completion was 11:04am. My car didn't get back to the bay until 11:17am. Now I was a little irritated by this as all of the people who were there before me had left and even people who came in after me to buy new tires were leaving before me. Now I understand that they take appointments, however there was only one person who came in and said that he had an appointment scheduled. I felt slighted because I bought used tires and not brand new that's why I was being pushed to the back burner. When they finally finished my car which was closer to noon than the 11:04am that was quoted to me they forgot to put the caps on two of my tires. Visited there for a tire rotation and battery purchase and fifteen minutes into the work I was told they stripped a lug nut and were waiting for a replacement to arrive. No problem. They made a mistake and owned it. A few minutes later I hear the unmistakable sound of a ball peen hammer striking steel, and this sound repeats twenty times or more. Upon a look at the garage I realize it's my vehicle's brake drum he's beating on. When I walked and stood at the bay entrance, he suspended the hammering and retrieved the proper tool for drum removal and wah-lah, the drum practically jumped off the hub. Then the tire tech attempted to thread the wrong replacement lug nut on the new bolt and was about to use the impact wrench to force it, that is until I intervened and told him the thread pattern had to be incorrect. He went away and upon return exclaimed "The bin was labeled wrong!" Again, wah-lah, the correct nut fit just like magic! At this point I'd had enough and passed on the battery purchase. Before the tire tech attempted to back my truck from the bay, I heard the service manager caution him to remove the floor jack from behind the truck before backing. I'm not sure he had forgotten the jack, but I offered instead to back my own truck out. I then had to remove the leveling blocks from beneath where they were dropped from the frame rails. I have myself to blame because I visited there three years ago with this same truck and discovered after leaving the shop they took my locking lug nuts and put non-locking nuts in place of them. I'm sure it was intentional because the lug nut key was also missing, so deduced their service tech needed them more than the rightful owner. At the next service Brad told me they'd replace the lug nuts, but looking into Brad's eyes, I could tell he was making an empty promise he couldn't, or wouldn't, fulfill. He took my cell number and stated he'd call when they arrived, but I never heard from him, or them! So much the better because they'll never hear from me, nor my referral business, ever again!
