Came in late on a weekend for tires on my VW Tiguan. Despite that, I was helped promptly and within a shorter than expected amount of time left with the tires I normally put on my car. I've been buying tires from Discount tires for more than 25 years - for a lot of different vehicles - and I've always received great service and solid warranties no matter where I've been but the service at this particular store has been exceptional. Cons: I'm not very happy with this location right now. The car was supposed to be done at 4:45pm. But for some reason, they had it marked that I wasn't waiting for the car. So all these people came in and left while I just sat there and waited and waited. It wasn't until I went up and yelled at someone that they even thought about starting on the car. And even then it took them an additional 30 minutes after I had yelled at them. When it was done, they did apologized; but I found the whole situation Unacceptable. To add insult to injury the TPMS sensor is still broken. And they only inflated one of my tires instead of all 4? One tire is at 37 and the others are all at 30. So frustrating. Pros: I called to complain and they did say they would "make it right." But that requires more time from me. I have to return there after work and get the situation corrected. read more

The folks at this location were friendly and beyond helpful when I made the initial phone call and just as friendly when I showed up in person. Even though they were slammed when I walked in, they got to me quickly and I didn't have to wait too long for the install and alignment to be completed. Great experience. Will be back! read more

Had a flat tire before leaving for work. Drove there, and they were closed. Gentleman took my tire, called me next day to tell me tire was unfixable. Replaced my tire on warranty. Had the tire ready to go when I got there the next day. Excellent work. I will be going back to them. read more

Me and my husband had a flat and took it in at 30 minutes till closing. The tire was not drivable and barely made it to discount tire and I thought they would turn our service down. To my surprise the kind young man said bring it on in and we will get you fixed up, and safe back on the road! Cannot brag enough about the kindness the man that helped us showed and the suggestions on how to get the most with your money! I got in and out in less than 30 minutes with two new tires. Good value. I'd never been there before, but I will certainly go again.

At 4:22pm another motorist motioned for us to pull over. Sure enough, a blown tire on our 5th wheel. (Thank you to that kind man!) We got the blown tire off and were not in a safe location to get the spare on. We got both in the trailer and limped 4 miles to Discount Tires. The nicest, friendliest, and most accommodating man took care of us, had us smiling, and back on the road by 5:23pm. One hour and one minute later!!!! Amazing. Walked in. Greated by manager. Told that someone would be with me in a moment and then the waiting game started. Three reps working, one on the phone, another with a customer, and the one I'm standing in front of, typing on a computer. Noticing his typing was now just him staring at the screen I continued to wait until he was finished. The other two salesman were still working, one on the phone and the other with a customer. 10 min had passed. The phone rang and the sales rep I was standing in front of picked up the ohone to help the customer on the other end of the phone. Wasn't I next? Called over to the manager I was finally helped after 15 min of standing in a one person line. He told me it would take about an hour for my vehicle to get into a bay. An hour and a half later I called the manager over to have him explain why I'm still waiting for my vehicle to enter a bay. I told him there have been multiple walk-ins and they were taken cared of promptly. I also said that there were others who came in after me without appointments who left before me. Why hasn't my vehicle been worked on? I was irritated at this point. The manager said first my vehicle was designated to another bay. The first bay is for tire rotation and change. The bay my vehicle needed to enter had about 7 vehicles in front of it. Knowing this info help me. Yet after our talk, the guy that assumingly didn't want to help me told me that he got my vehicle in the bay and it should be completed shortly. It had me wondering: After speaking to the manager my vehicle got worked on and I was out within 16min? Hmmm... read more

I live in Southern California, and we always take our tire business to America's Tire, which is the same company as Discount Tire. While visiting Tulsa for a family emergency, I found a nail in the tire of my rental car. I was very stressed, on the way to the hospital to see my mom who was very ill. I stopped at Discount Tire, walked inside and spoke with a very nice young man about my problem. I told him I was in a very big rush and explained why I was in town and that I needed to get to the hospital as quickly as possible. He apologized and said the wait would probably be an hour but he would do his best to patch my tire and get me on my way. I really didn't want to have to wait an hour, and I was pretty emotional, but I thanked him and took a quick walk outside to get some air. It was probably only 15 minutes later that my cell phone started ringing. I answered and the young man said my tire was patched, and my car was ready to go. 15 minutes, not an hour! I must say that Discount Tire in Tulsa went way above and beyond! I am very grateful for their excellent service, and kind hearts. Thanks, guys! read more

I had a tire that was nearly flat, so I pulled in and asked them to air it up. They said that it was splitting and might explode if they tried to put air in it, so I planned to drive to the used tire shop. They were afraid that it wasn't safe, so they gave me a discount so that I could afford a new tire. I was so impressed with them. They were all young guys but treated me with such respect. It was such a great experience. I'm going back to buy another tire from them because they were so awesome the first time! Thank you so much guys! So appreciative of the customer service I received at Discount Tire. I needed to have a tire checked and had no experience with a tire store in the Tulsa area. Called several places yesterday to ask on wait time and couldn't find anywhere who could help me during my lunch break. Called Discount Tire. The person who answered was very friendly and professional and said they could get me taken care of in 30 - 45 minutes so I immediately headed that way. On site, every single person who helped me was friendly. They checked on all of my tires and explained the benefits of having my 2 front tires replaced over fixing the one. They had me checked in, the replacements done and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. I'm awful with names or I'd mention everyone. I think Matt helped me through everything and then several other people I spoke to briefly were great as well. Also can't beat the benefits I now have from buying my tires there. Thank you! read more
