Terrible customer service via the MANAGER. Came in for an oil change Labor Day morning. Was greeted politely. However, when I pulled in for service the tech (the manager) was not in a good mood. He got straight and to the point, no friendly check in. I couldn't find the lever to pop my hood, he opened my door abruptly and pulled it (very much annoyed). Continued the service. When I pulled out, my "OIL" notification on my '17 Jetta was still on. I asked another tech if they could fix it. Manager came back and was watching a video on how to, couldn't figure it out right away and began to curse about how much he hated my stupid car and how these cars piss him the "F" off. Mind you, I'm standing right outside of the car listening to it all. I asked if someone else could give it a try since he seemed to be in a mood and frustrated. He told me "I'm working on it; give me a minute". Then proceeded to get out of the car (angrily) and didn't call anyone else to come check it out. I had to ask another tech to come and help, the new tech figured it out very politely and apologized on behalf of his manager. Not sure if it was the holiday and not wanting to be at work, but this was super unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from a store Manager. Happy Labor Day. read more

Never again going here, customer service was bad and they didn't even change the oil filter on my suv, how is it that the technician is on the phone calling around asking for the oil filter because they don't have it and then all of sudden 2 min later my car is done! I wish I would had gotten the other young mans name that assisted with checking all my car touch ups to leave a review. oil change this was the worst experience my wife had to endure after oil. we departed only to find the inspection cover was left on by one of 6 screws dragging on the freeway called this establishment only to be passed on to another jiffy lube located just around the corner on vineyard ,ontario ca, where thus manager took the time to fix my problem with the correct hardware , thank you jiffy lube in ontario left message at orginal jiffy lube no response come monday after leaving work in chino the oil light came on calling johnny manager in chino not available again nor did they offer any help told to drive home i stopped my wife where i video myself checking the oil to be almost 3 quarts low it holds 8 qts i will be calling correrate tomarrow donot go to this establishment while mr johnny is the manager this manager should leave and promote the asst manager terrible service and to all women beware read more

I went in for an inspection, and they were fast and efficient. But omg, I don't understand why the young employee would make the inside of my car so dirty. There were oils all over my seat, and my toy cushions were all dirty as if he had wiped his hands on them. I understand why the steering wheel and driver's seat would get dirty, but the passenger side is also tainted. He did help me clean off a little after I asked for it. But I found it very irritating when he asked the young employee, "did you...?" and then laughed it off. What does that even mean? Did he do it on purpose? Came early in the AM for an Oil change because Yelp says they open at 6:00 AM. I arrive at 6:30 AM and it's closed. I see an employee outside smoking and ask him when they open. His looked at me like I was asking for money. With that attitude he is not coming near my car. Drives to the next JB where I expect them to want my business. I was told by phone that they had my filter I need it for my vehicle and when I showed up they denied even taking the call altogether. There was a gentleman at the front desk that was extremely lazy and did not want to do the work at all. When the manager caught wind of what was going on and realized that the employee had lied to me he had the filter supposedly delivered within minutes of me being there. Like I said when I confronted them the gentleman at the front desk denied even taking my call until I showed him and the manager the call that I made and at what time. I just had them do the brakes on my 2012 Nissan Quest. I wanted to get upgraded brakes because the stock factory brakes left something to be desired and it was time for the 2nd set after 72,000 miles. I had quotes from a local performance shop as well as Pep Boys. Both those quotes were over $1400 (for both axles). Most places won't go outside the lines I know this is not as cheap as the standard brake job they offer but I wanted a better than stock option that is a low dust high stopping power without breaking the bank. Jonny at Jiffy Lube worked with me to order Power Stop Z-23 Evolution Sport kit. Bottom line is that I ended up paying only $890 and with much better brakes and a 2 year Jiffy Lube warranty. read more

I am pretty disappointed with this shop. I just had my oil changed (not here)and was informed that there were missing bolts on my skid plate. I had the precious oil change done here. Had to come back 2 times in 2 days to have them fix the skid plate that they failed to put all the bolts back on. I mean not once, but twice. I gave the manager a hard time the second time about his tech not checking them all the day before. I was pretty irritated. I also had brought my truck here and had to bring it back because the oil plug was not pit in correctly and was leaking. It has never leaked. The tech told my it was most likely my rear main seal but the leak mysteriously stopped... seriously. My diesel guy would've laughed in my face had I took it to him with that diagnosis.... Bottom line, the tech need not be so damn lazy and not lie. Does anyone have pride in their workmanship anymore? read more

Absolutely worse experience with this location. My mother took her truck in for a basic oil change. She pulls home and is concerned that she saw the truck dripping oil. She calls jiffylube and they tell her they probably over filled it and said not to worry. When she later moved the truck from the driveway there was about half a quart of oil on the floor, then while driving the truck began to smoke. Long story short is I went back and had to argue with the store manager. He was talking to me like i didn't know what I was talking about. The truck has been dumping oil and his only option to make it right was spray it down with water and compressed air, like that is going to take care all the oil now that has been running through my engine bay and down every skid plate underneath the truck. I told him I wanted my money back, a 100 dollar oil change is now going to cost me double not only in getting the truck cleaned but now I have to degrease my driveway, store managers exact words were I cant do anything, I can clean your drive way if you want. Place is a complete joke, if they would have done a simple minor final inspection to make sure everything was done properly they would have caught it and everything would have been fine. Instead it was and has been nothing but a massive headache and this is dealing with the store manager of all people. I had to go above him and call the the district manager just to get any type of resolution to this screw up. If I could post the video of how much oil was dumping out from the skid plates on here I would, if they just let the car idle for 20 seconds and checked it before they sent it out the door all this could've been avoided!!!! I took my truck to get a routine oil change. At first, everything worked out great, and was out of there in 15 minutes. However, on my drive home, my vehicle's computer was acting strange saying that my truck had low oil and must be replaced. I did a turnaround and went back and as I was driving my truck started jerking as if it was in fact low oil. I went back to this Jiffy Lube and as they loaded it into the shop for a second time I saw some leaking coming from my engine. The manager claimed it was a loose gas cap. Needless to say, I will not be returning here. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change as well as the other services that they claim to provide along with the oil change. My windshield wipers were not inspected. The air cleaner not inspected. Vehicle not vacuumed. Lights ....not checked. I get the bill and it indicates that all of the above items were inspected and that I declined to have the vehicle vacuumed, which is untrue. My windows were not cleaned until I specifically asked them to do so. No apologies just a grumbling compliance. It may not be a big deal, but why is it that you don't provide what you advertise that you will provide for exchange of the money that you promptly collect. If you can't trust someone on the little things you can't trust them on the more important ones. If you are the owner of this location, it would behoove you to take a close look at who you have working there. read more
