    Proof of service.

First and foremost I would like to address that my issue has been resolved and refunded. That being said, I will still like to inform others on my experience at this Jiffy Lube. Before I even get into my experience, feel free to google search "Why should I avoid Jiffy Lube?". On May 14, 2021 I went into Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I always had a great experience with PV Express Lube & Auto, and was hoping to see some familiar faces. Upon seeing that there were new techs, I felt uneasy, so I watched over them carefully as my car is my pride and joy. If you don't already know, Jiffy Lube loves to upsell, they're trained to do so. They showed me a Cabin Air Filter that was not mine, as they never entered my vehicle to remove it, also it wasn't even the same one that I pulled earlier that day to check, prior to service. This wasn't my issue with my service that day but, still something that I feel is a need to know about Jiffy Lube. I watched a man in the waiting room buy into all the services suggested. ( "Top Offs", Filters, etc) When my car was finished, a young man, ("tech") pulled my vehicle out of the bay, and decided to give her (my car) a rev. Again, this was after the vehicle was pulled out of the bay area. Therefore there was no purpose to do this. I paid, and I left. The REAL ISSUE came when I checked my oil. When I got my oil change service I was preparing to move out of state and was making sure my car was in good shape to make a 15 hour drive. My oil change was done on a Friday, I didn't get to check my oil until Sunday. I was busy, but this was my mistake. Check your oil after service always. I checked my oil Sunday morning after the car had been sitting overnight. Almost empty. The oil was perfectly at the Low Indicator. / Reference I had driven 79 miles,( since change) and surprisingly for a Subaru I had no issues of leakage, ever. I had to go to Advance Auto Parts to buy oil after paying $62.00 for an "oil change". (More like a drain and top off ) Since they're closed on Sunday, I gave them a call on Monday. I asked for a refund, and they wouldn't provide one without looking at the vehicle. I didn't want to go back, I simply didn't trust their services. After contacting Corporate Jiffy Lube, they (Jiffy Lube) gave me another call asking again for me to bring the vehicle in. This phone call was when the man said to me, " I would like to make sure we didn't drain anything we weren't supposed to, like your Transmission Fluid"... excuse me? Transmission Fluid? I went back, I wanted my refund. ( Okay, I'm Karen today.) My vehicle was back in the bay, and I was in the waiting room. (Where a man was complaining to me about how long his services were taking, and also mentioned he was getting an oil change and he didn't even ask for one.) Anyways, I walked into the bay because I didn't want them alone with my car. I showed somebody (tech) a video of where my oil was at, to which he seemed to care less. They issued a refund and I left. (I was not offered a "new" oil change, but again, I wouldn't have accepted even if they had) I promised myself I wouldn't return to a Jiffy Lube, but I decided to give them another chance, in a different state. My vehicle's motor seized the same day. So 2 for 2 Jiffy Lube, you won. So, If anybody made it to this point in my review, I won't say "don't go" but if you do, good luck and proceed with caution, I don't recommend.

I've had good experiences with my oil changes in various cars at this location. I have always found them to be friendly and competent.

If I could give zero reviews, I would. The man that I dealt with, which I do believe is the owner,…read morewas atrocious. My fiancé was in a car accident two nights ago and the police dispatched this business to tow our vehicle from the scene. The car was totaled and my fiancé was taken to the hospital immediately from the scene. When I got to the scene, I was going to get all the stuff from the car, but the tow truck driver gave me a car and told me I didn't have to worry about it and I could get it the next day from the lot. When my fiancé and I showed up to get our belongings from the vehicle, the woman at the desk had us sign a "promise to pay" document, since we were getting our belongings. She printed out a second copy and that's when a man came in from the shop area and approached the desk. You could tell he was already mad. He was wanted us to pay $650 to get our stuff. He did not tell me at the crash site that I would have to pay, so I was not prepared for that. The card he gave me at the site also states they cannot guarantee the safety of my vehicle or it's contents and that they are not liable for any damage or theft, so I did not feel comfortable leaving my personal belongings in the vehicle. Neither myself or my fiancé have ever been in an accident and had to deal with this stuff, so we were unsure what to expect, but it definitely wasn't the irate cursing out of the man from this shop. I am a 5' tall woman...not intimidating at all, and this man verbally attacked me. He tried to tell me that my fiancé was arguing with he police that night, when my fiancé wasn't even there. I did have him on FaceTime while I was on scene, while he was in the back of the ambulance on his way to the hospital. The officer was just asking him questions about what happened and all that. After slamming my car keys on the counter, 3 inches away from my face, he told me "get your fucking shit and get off my lot" and told us not to sign the paperwork that was in front of us. So that's what we did. We went to the lot and started collecting everything from the car and this man then came out to us. I immediately started recording on my phone (I already had it out taking pics for the insurance company) because I already knew that he was likely to start berating me again, which he did. I will NEVER recommend this business to ANYONE, as this man judged my fiancé and I based on the year of our vehicle and the level of insurance we had on the car. He assumed we would not pay the fee for his services simply because we had an older car and basic car insurance. Funny thing is, I had every intention of paying (I do have morals and respect small businesses, especially local), I just wanted to talk with the insurance company first. I hadn't yet done so because I was waiting to get pictures and video of the vehicle. My suggestion is to avoid this place at all and if you HAVE TO go in there, don't go in alone. The owner is NOT friendly, attacks you on a personal level, judges you depending on your tax bracket, berates you in front of his employees and other customers, and is all around not a good business man.
