They are quick and courteous and I've never been pressured or upsold on anything. The service is done well and everyone who works here is great at customer service- greeting you, pointing out hazards (like, "watch your step"), making sure you're updated and informed (if there's a delay, the order your car is being worked on, what the prices will be). The waiting room is nothing fancy but it's clean and organized and there's enough room even when it gets busy- and restroom, coffee, soda machine, news on tv. Also I'm seeing a negative review re: inspection and want to share we had our inspection done here and received helpful advice about illegal tint and honest treatment. Went in for a safety check and the gentleman working in the garage was very responsive to what needed to be completed and gave clear instructions on where to park and what to do before I even got to the front door for the lobby! Stopped in for an inspection. The lobby was incredibly hot and a roach ran across the floor. The inspection was quick but I was required to buy new wiper blades that were $40 and absolute garbage. Like they would be the basic blade at Autozone for $7. But I had to get the inspection. They were nice and quick enough, but as have already switched my oil change company so will only come here for inspection. I always feel like coming to Jiffy lube is a hassle with about a $50 surprise every time. The least they could do is make the lobby comfortable. read more

They did a quick and expert job on getting my 1996 Camry ready for a road trip. They brought out the air filter and, to my inexperienced eye, it looked a little dirty. So before they could say anything, I told them to put in a new air filter. Then Josh said the air filter was only a little dirty and that I didn't need to replace it. I drive across town just to come here for service. Fastest thorough oil change and servicing around. Workers are kind and congenial.

Went here for an inspection. The guy comes back to me and says, "Ima tell ya what we can do. Your car failed. You need a back drivers side tire and a license plate light. We can order it for you. Do you want to do that or you can take it somewhere and bring it back." They proceeded to charge me $26.70. I asked why because the inspection is only 13.60. He spoke around it and said something about 85 cents. At this time I was like never mind I will fix it. I went to auto zone for the light bulb, which I didnt need because my light was working. I changed the tire and went back. By this time I realized that they charhed me for an inspection on factory tint. He said it was at the discretion of the inspector. Mind you my 2 previous inspections I was not charged. This is the 2nd time I had bad service topped with scam like behaviour. Will never patron here again. read more

My car need an oil change and when I went in my phone in my arm rest was missing. I went back to ask if anyone seen my phone I was dismissed with an in-pathetic manager saying he did his due diligence and it was out of his hands and that corporate would reach out to me. I have always come to this Jiffy Lube because their service is excellent! Like all my other oil changes, I pulled in and was chauffeured to the waiting room( which was very clean BTW) and sat down. Karl came in and started a conversation with me asking about my day and what kind of oil I want. He was so pleasant! The entire oil change and vacuum of the car took 22 mins. Some background info: I always get oil changes at Jiffy Lube. I recently moved to NC. When I first arrived in the area I went to the Jiffy Lube off of Raeford Road and had a terrible experience. It took over two hours for the change. Other customers came and went. It was like a scene from Zoolander where the really, really, really, good looking males models are looking for the files in the computer, only less entertaining. When the car was returned to me, the engine splash guard was zip tied and hanging on by zero fasteners. I was not a happy customer to say the least. Now for the wonderful experience at the Ramsey location: I drove up to the bay door for an oil change and the young lady immediately noticed my engine splash guard hanging. She pulled my info up and told me I was not due for an oil change. The Raeford location did not print out the correct mileage for my reminder sticker. The Ramsey crew proceeded to fix my splash guard and top off my fluids without charging me. The young lady who initially helped me said "I can't charge you if I know you're not due." This oil change and brake inspection location IS as good as it gets! In fact, BETTER. As a dutiful car owner, I change the oil about 3 or 4 times a year. I've lived in Fayetteville for 3 years now, so I've made my rounds. I've settled on this single location as the absolute BEST place to go IN FAYETTEVILLE for a routine oil change. The customer service here is ridiculously out of this world: on my latest visit, they even provided me with an envelope with the rebate center's address already printed on it for me to mail in for my rebate from the services I used this visit. They helped me fill out the paper work, then stuffed in the envelope and all I had to do was add my return address and put a stamp on it! What other shop has EVER done that for you???????? I'm sold. I'm never going anywhere else in Fayetteville for my oil changes and inspections. This is hands down the best service I've ever received, on a CONTINUAL basis. I've been here 3 times so far, and my husband just started going now too. Their services are worth every penny, and they'll help you save some if they can. I usually get about $10 off every time I go, based on a promotion or current coupon that they offer. They are proactive about pointing these savings out to me. I haven't been prejudiced because of my gender (female) either. They give me just as much time and information as they do to male customers. There are competent female employees here as well. Notice I said COMPETENT. They weren't hired because the company had to meet numbers and stats: they were hired because they can do the job! And do it well, I might add. For any west coasters, this location is the closest rendition of a Les Schwab car care center's customer service that you'll ever find in this town. read more

Went in for a inspection. Then they said i failed crack headlight leans and tire for dry rot. Found it funny when was in the week before for a oil change and the person who i talk at the same jiffy lube said that my tire was going to be need a change in the next 5k miles well they failed for the tire a few 3 days later. Also told me that due to crack in my headlight leans having a crack it was also a violations for a fail. The law in NC states that if water can get in. No water can get in came home sprayed with my hose np. They did try to sell me tire and a new leans. SO how is it the same shop a 3 days early said everything was pass able. When i brought this to them got told to call corp. After speaking with them was told that the shop manger was going to call to talked about this. Well it's 5 weeks later still nothing. So if you have anything other then a oil change go some places else. read more

They did not try to strong arm me into extra services, which is a nice change from previous experiences with other Jiffy Lube locations. The gently suggested some items, which is to be expected.
