A bearded younger guy, sorry I cant remember his name and another guy "Donnie" who had been with the company a short time and was still in training showed up within the hour. They arrived and immediately got to work. Put an inter tube in the tire and had the job done in less then an hour. Cleaned up the tire and the area. Checked air in other tires. Mentioned the front tires would need swapped out soon, asked if I wanted a quote and I said sure. Guy called the next day. Overall the guys were professional, friendly and very courteous. Price was fair for repair and the new tires quoted. Great experience.

I immediatly got online and cancelled the subscription. I contacted Tommy's online but was told to only way to get a refund is to deal with the manager at our local Tommy's. I explained that you charged me without authorization and you are trying to give me 1 month of car washes free. He doesn't or he does realize he still has my $48.14. It would not be free.
