I called my husband, and he found the Mavis tire store 3001 Heritage Rd. Milledgeville, GA to be not far away. We have purchased several sets of tires from Mavis Tires in Athens, GA. and firmly believe in the outstanding service Mavis provides. I got to the store and went in and was greeted by two lovely ladies, unfortunately I have forgotten their names honestly, I was very stressed about my tire and traveling. However, they immediately found my information in the system and got right to work with having someone look at it. I explained I was traveling with my mom and granddaughter and ask if there was somewhere within walking distance to go for lunch while they checked out my car. They pointed across the street to Chilis or Captain D's. I then said my mom could not possibly walk across that road. They immediately told me no problem we will ride you over in your car and then bring it back to service while you eat lunch. WOW amazing ok cool! We were delivered to the door at Chilis had a nice lunch and were finishing up and I call to check on my car. They tell me there was a few screws in one of my tires and the pressure was low on all 4 tires. They corrected everything and were on their way across the street to deliver my car. With one of the other employees following so I didn't even have to go take them back across the street and could get back on the road for my travels. Truly a step ABOVE in every way! Every single one of the employees I came in contact with were extremely kind and knowledgeable. Completely impressed with their service and ethics!
