Came here two months ago and have never forgotten the experience! The place looks clean, is easy to go through, and vacuums are ready after the wash. You can buy a small cleaning kit after going through near the vacuums. I always recommend this place to other college students! read more

My wife and I have auto-renewal set up for unlimited washes. However, we feel taken advantage of because this location's system is constantly down! Over the past "couple of days", the system has been more down/off-line, than running. However, this is not the only time! It occurs very often, for some reason, at this location! I went to Tommy's on 4/11/2025 and one of the roller brushes caught my rear passenger side bumper and ripped it off the car. The Tommy's manager took pictures of the damaged bumper and typed a report into an iPad type tablet and said the general manager would respond within 48 hrs. Crickets. No response. I called and spoke to Zeph and he says they do not cover damage to vehicles. read more

I went to Tommy's car wash for the first time on Saturday, April 4th - after exiting and going to the vacuum area I noticed my front grill was missing - notified the attendant and he and I walked back to the washing area and the grill was laying inside/ he was not able to securely reattach the grill and it was unsafe to drive without it. The manager was not there so I left my name and number and was given the manager's name and email but not phone number. We took the car to our Honda dealer on the following Monday and were given an estimate of $1452 to repair. We subsequently took the car by Tommy's, they took pictures, and we sent them a copy of the estimate. My husband went by the next day and talked to the manager who told him he would send the pictures and the estimate to the main office. We went ahead and had the car repaired and paid for it because it could not be driven without causing further damage. We have made several calls to the car wash and have been unable to talk with the manager. He has not returned our calls and we have had no response at all to the emails we have sent. Not only would I not recommend this car wash to anyone, we believe it should be reported to the Better Business Bureau, and are considering legal action. read more

This Car Wash is hands down the coolest looking car wash I've ever seen. It looks almost futuristic. I selected the #2 Wash Option which cost $14. Upon entry to get on the belt, I noticed that it's a really fancy kinda assembly line where you don't have to worry about perfectly aligning your car tire into one of those clunky metal things. It's literally like a red rubber strip (which is wide) that you drive on - very cool! Of course, staff is there to help guide you before you put your car in neutral. The drive thru wash experience was typical. Upon exit, I drove around to the vacuums which were numerous and spacious!! I hate vacuum areas where you can't fully open your door to get the vacuum in without hitting the car next to you. This place is not that and I appreciate the thought they put into that! I also love how the vacuums have well defined notches in the tomato looking bins. Lol. Unfortunately, there happened to be a problem with the vacuums tonight as the suction was practically nonexistent. I moved my truck to another vacuum which had decent suction. I noticed another patron walking around to check out each vacuum - so apparently all of the vacuums were weak. An employee came out to check the vacuums and did something, but by that time, I had finished and was getting ready to leave. Overall, I look forward to returning here again to see if the vacuum issue was a fluke and because I liked the way my truck looked after the wash and I appreciate the spacious vacuum area. read more

I have been a customerof Tommy's for over 2 years and for the last 6 months my experience has been horrible. They will not let you through to the wash unless you download their app. I donot want to download an app to get a car wash and I explained this to them. I bought a months worth of carwashes and the very ride Mark said it was for one wash. If he had taken time to review my history with them .... I have never bought just 1 wash. Why would I buy 1 wash for $18 when I can get an entire month for $34.99? He refused to allow me to wash my vehicle and wanted me to come in and try to straighten this out. I explained to him that I had been having this same issue for several months and each time I was told the problem was solved when it was not. Prior to the last year or so all I had to do was pay and each return I would go through and the lift would allow me to go throw through without any problems. I am so very disgusted with this Riverside Dr Macon, GA location and I will not be going back. I was a loyal customer but not anymore. The service is horrible. read more

Was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and superior customer service. The car wash is fully upgraded and left my car very clean and shiny. I stopped by here just passing through and it was an amazing decision. My car is pretty much just as clean as when I drove it off the lot. The design of the building is what caught my eye, it looks like a car wash that is from the future. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
