Matt quickly found the problem, ordered the part to be delivered asap by his supply truck, and reminded me I was due for an oil change and asked if I wanted to get it taken care of while I was there because he knows its hard for me to find time to get the van to them! During the multi-point inspection, he showed me that my drive belt--which had been cracked since I bought the van--was now in much worse shape. He always explains what can wait and what can't, but this time it clearly couldn't wait any longer. Thanks to the inspection and photo, I felt confident getting it replaced. He ordered the belt immediately and fixed it as soon as the part arrived. They also noticed my taillight and license plate lights were out, so they replaced those too--saving me from a ticket and keeping my van safe and reliable. I cannot express how grateful I am for their services and also appreciate them squeezing in my oil change and repairs when I was just there for a diagnosis. They have a quiet, clean waiting room. My most recent visit was for a diagnostic test, and they told me the issue was with the ECM -- which turned out to be completely wrong. I ended up paying for two diagnoses, one from them and another from a different shop that correctly identified the real problem. After years of loyalty, this experience was frustrating and disappointing. I will no longer be using their services and would advise others to verify any diagnostic findings before committing to repairs.

When I arrived to the shop the manager requested me to leave my vehicle with him and his staff for 24 hours for a job(one brake line)that takes 2 hours max if done by a professional. The shop manager proceeded to raise his voice and repeated saying I need the vehicle all day if you want the work done. The shop manager's attitude and all around anger management issues towards me were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional on all levels of business.
