They also said they couldn't replace it. I checked and others would only plug the punctures in it. I can do that myself. The mechanic or repairman took my tire said he could do it. I left it and came back to pick it up later.Talked with owner for a bit and left with a more than fair price. It stayed up for all Thursday but Friday it went flat. I did have three objects in the tire but we thought only two pierced all the way. The same fellow took it from me and I waited though they were busy at the time. After waiting a while and visiting with other customers the lady attending the counter they put the tire back in my truck. No charge! The tire has held for five days now so I'm very pleased.

They seem to run an honest shop and I've learned from just a few times-- that's not easy to find. Go to other shops and you'll see, too. Whether you get overpriced or they want to throw in a few extra pieces of work to bill you for more mech hours. I'll be driving up from Fishers again within a week to get some major front-end work done on my truck-- give Miller Tire your business. Seriously.

Noah -- the employee with the goofy haircut -- was intentionally avoiding helping us with a simple "tire check" while we waited in the bay for a significant amount of time. Associates were constantly walking back and forth directly in front of our car, yet no one acknowledged us. It takes virtually no time or effort to simply say, "Hi, we'll be right with you." Instead, we eventually had to get out of the car and go inside to request assistance. While we were waiting, Noah was also providing the bay (us) with a personal concert, complete with excessive tongue motions, which we unfortunately had to endure. If he had simply acknowledged us first and then gone back to dancing or singing while doing whatever he was doing, great! Glad you're having fun at work. But completely ignoring customers who are sitting in the bay waiting for service is a different story. When my boyfriend finally went into the shop to ask for assistance, Noah sarcastically yelled, "Tire check," as though our request was somehow unreasonable. As customers who have purchased tires here for over a decade, this experience fell far short of the professionalism and customer service we have typically come to expect from Discount Tire. A tire check is a basic courtesy/service that takes less than two minutes. It should not require waiting around while being ignored, getting out of the vehicle to track someone down, and essentially having to pull teeth to receive a service that is offered to customers. We're glad the employees are having fun at work -- but customer service should still come first.

The representative said he recommended I make an appointment rather than coming in at 9. So he took my information and made an appointment for 11:30. When I arrived at 11:15, they told me he wrote down my information but that I did not have an appointment and that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Luckily, I called RNR Tire and told them what had happened, and they got me in immediately.
