I was about to drive out and I asked again.... they had not check that! ("Lumpa Ompa that was one of my service people (the one I originally verified this with) - "OOPS, I forgot!" How do you check the box if you never performed the action? 4) Receipt said "customer ok'd" the windshield wipers - they never looked at them and never asked me about them, let alone did I OK. (no explanation for this one) 5) Oil filter was included..... unless it was not.... mine was on the "Not List" so that was an extra $22 (no notification) Thankfully, I had the money because I was absolutely not expecting an invoice nearly double of my expectation.
