I got an oil and filter change and new wiper blades. This is the best service I've gotten in years. I'm not from here but the professionalism of the Take 5 team, especially the patience shown to the new guy, put me at ease and I'll have my daughter in college use Take 5, as well. Every time I've gone in I've gotten their cheapest oil change which is a pit crew. Today without telling me they decided that they were going to give me a standard oil change and charge me for this when I did not ask for a standard. Livid I went ahead and paid for it and would return with receipts from previous visits and to speak with a manger. I had already waited an hour at this point. I happened to have receipts from previous visits in my car and took them in and asked to speak with a manger. While waiting for a manager, another employee sat there and tried to tell me that one of the technicians told her thats what I requested. It was not what I requested and he wouldn't even be the one to know what I requested because it was not him who I even talked to. The store managers solution was to instead of giving me a refund for charging me for something I didn't request or ask for, was to bring my car back in and waste more time for them to "re-do" my oil change. Yeah no thanks, I just won't be back.

My 2023 VW Atlas is quite low to the ground and that's probably why I didn't notice it sooner. After putting it on a lift, I realized that only 3 fasteners were left of the 14 originally. I'm now sure if they simply didn't reinstall them or left them loose, any way I hold this business responsible. I would have spoke directly to them however they won't answer and corporate customer service won't call back. After the $140 oil change now I've gotta buy a $160 part (plus screws) to replace the piece that drug on the highway for hundreds of miles. If Take 5 sees this and wants to pay for the repairs, I'll gladly remove this review.
