I attempted to settle this informally but the manager , Nittish, and then owner Stuart refused to acknowledge. Blatant fraud and it luckily can be proven by my recent service. The additional "your coolant is only good to -15 degrees will nullify Mr Lubes "go to" response everytime they do this to unsuspecting customers. Do not visit this particular Mr lube.

He says oh it's only $10, I said you just told me it was $25 and you didn't apply it? WTF? He says ok, give me the code. So he applies it and it is $25 off. I am so sick and tired of a business who hires people who do not care at all about the people they are supposed to be helping. And then the business has the nerve to say how they are different. They were able to provide an oil change and a safety inspection of my vehicle! Although their waiting room is not available at this time for obvious health reasons I was able to go for a walk and they just called me when my car was ready. I also loved that they can text you a copy of the safety check complete with pictures. So much easier to see if there's a problem or show the customer what they saw. They also provide many more services than just oil changes so you can get everything done in one place. Good service and easy booking! A great big thank you and shout out for this business. I had heard about him though GetAssist and when the service was complete I asked him if he had offered any promotional discounts after the work was done because a good majority of GetAssist businesses offer discounts to GetAssist users and the guy turned to me and said "no, I'm already paying them enough as is to advertise". All I said was "huh.." and gave him my money. He pays $300 a year to "advertise" with GetAssist which is a laughable cost for a business especially since it's a tax write-off. How do I know this? It's because I worked for them at the time. I would have gone back and I would have told all of my friends but integrity is everything and this guy has ZERO. All he had to say was "no". Saying you can't afford to offer someone a promotional rate because you pay advertisement costs which work out to less than a dollar a day is a skeezy move. So, I'll take my business elsewhere. If he's willing to lie about something so stupid, who's to say he won't rip me off in the future?

So in I went to Kal Tire. They'll price match! So if you love Costco prices but want to avoid the brutal Tire Center service (as you might have heard from other people it's brutal) go to Kal Tire.
