Had them change the cabin air filter. $50+ for changing the cabin filter. They broke the filter access door and it won't stay on. The cabin filter is behind the glove box and the loose access door prevents the glove box door from operating properly. The tech was extremely rude when I told them the glove box door didn't work correctly. I had to order a new cabin air filter access door and install it correctly. I asked them to refund the charge for the air filter and pay me for the new access door. I have gotten no response from them read more

They performed these tasks to my satisfaction, but they also tried to talk me into other services that I did not need - more specifically, they said that my brake pads and rotors were on their last legs. I had these replaced less than six months ago and my trusted mechanic later confirmed that they're still in great shape. Warning scammers went there the for breaks they put breaks on a week later they started grinding .i went back they said theres nothing wrong. I left my breaks got worse took it back they said nothing wrong took it to cranberry. They were in shock McKnight roaad never put breaks on. Never go here. Far and away the worst experience I've ever had to get a simple car inspection. I showed up as the only car here. They told me it would take 45 minutes. I walked around and came back after 20 minutes. They then proceeded to push through 5 other cars with oil changes as my car sat there. With no one at it from what I could tell. After an hour and 15 minutes, I asked if there was an issue with my car and they said "no, we just have to put the sticker in it". So I sat back down. And paced in the waiting area. They put through 2 more people before the guy started to put the sticker on my car. I've now been here for an hour and 45 minutes. They came back in and I asked what the issue was and they told me that they got really busy and someone had to run to autozone. How is that my problem?!?! What happened to priority?!?! I was there for a quick inspection, and ended up being there for almost 2 hours and watched 5-7 cars get done and pushed through before mine was done. All the workers said was they were sorry and the guy threw a coupon book with my receipt. I'm sure they're nice people because the customer service displayed was unbelievably bad. Oh and by the way, I only came here because the Jiffy Lube in Cranberry ran out of stickers! I was getting close to the mileage on my sticker and the last place didn't reset inside my car so I wasn't positive I needed an oil change but added it to my to do list. I started a Monday morning bright and early to arrive at the McKnight Road location and find out it was closed. I googled and saw there was one in Wexford so I drove another 6 miles and took a chance. What a good decision as this Monday started out GREAT! Thank you to NOAH who was a pure rock star. He was kind, informative, had the supplies on hand, reset my dashboard, worked promptly, honored a coupon and had me out and on my way within 20 minutes. In this day, it's been really tough to find good workers and good customer service and NOAH restored my faith. Thank you so much for starting my week out wonderfully. I came in today the general manger was here today and he was doing his counting the girl that worked in the office I asked about inspections she noticed it was out but was explaining that the guy would be in tomorrow when the general manger came out he made an exception to do my inspection on his day off! This crew is amazing they all bust there butts getting stuff done they work together so well and do the job right! Noticed that even the girl was doing tire rotations and explaining every little detail to the customers when I went to go leave the girl was very polite and was always smiling and laughing such a great crew! read more

I have to say that prior to stopping at this location, my opinion of Jiffy Lube in general was pretty low. I had gone to the McKnight Rd location 7 times over the course of a few weeks to get my car inspected. Every time, I was told to come back later or leave my car. Unfortunately, my schedule made it difficult most times, but I even rearranged things to make a Saturday morning work, only to be told to come back later or leave my car. I knew I needed work done and didn't have the option to leave my car, but I was willing to wait. They, however, were not willing to have me wait, so I came back first thing Sunday morning to the same story. The manager then told me to try the location in Sharpsburg, so trusting her, I drove all the way there only to find out that they did not have a technician to do state inspections. After trying a 3rd location (another recommendation) on Baum Blvd, I was ready to give up, but I decided to call the Wexford location to see if they'd be able to help. The second that someone picked up the phone, everything was different. She genuinely cared, and told me they'd be waiting for me. When I pulled up, 3 guys came up to me immediately and asked how they could help. When I explained what had happened, they promised they'd get me taken care of quickly. While 2 of them brought my car in to get started, the 3rd brought me into the lobby and offered me coffee, a place to sit, and a tv to watch. I never expected that I would end up spending over 4 hours sitting there, but like I said, I knew my car needed work. My brakes and rotors were bad and needed to be replaced, but there was no driver to deliver the parts. The manager, who was also working on my car, drove to get the parts himself. And when he realized they gave him the wrong ones, he made the trip again. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received from this location. This was by far the best experience at a Jiffy Lube ever, and also the only reason I will continue coming back. read more

Do not go there! Lazy employee only bolted 3 out of 16 bolts for my skid plate back on. After hearing a rattle I contacted the store & they found my bolts back at the store. I'd hate to think what would have happened if it fell off while driving at high speed on the highway. Contacted corporate and received no answer from the franchisee. Horrible! read more

Went for a signature service with my daughters car. Noticed the low tire pressure warning light was on. When driving away , I noticed light was still on and floors were clearly not vacuumed. Went back to station and attendant gave no excuses , just silently went around to inflate tires. When you pay for service , you expect it to be done. Tried to call customer service representative who called me back 4 days later stating there was nothing he could do. I feel sending a vehicle away with low tire pressure is a safety issue . Nobody at Jiffy Lube seemed to care. Well , there are alternatives. I will not be back. read more
