We ordered a chicken salad melt and a hot pastrami sub. Side note - the staff looked at us like we were aliens when we asked for a chicken salad melt (as opposed to a tuna melt). Despite FOUR women working there, it took so long to make these sandwiches that my family tried getting me to leave and forget about the sandwiches. It was almost 2:00 and I was starving so I waited it out. When we got back and ate our sandwiches, they weren't even that good. Definitely not worth the price. To add insult to injury, there was no cheese on the melt. Avoid this place at all costs.

When my turn, I was walked through signing the Medicare forms (cataract surgery), told my options for lenses and coatings and the pros/cons of each, plus the extra charges that I'd be responsible for paying (Medicare pays for standard heavy lenses and no coatings). My questions were answered with clear, concise explanations. Concerns about issues with my previous glasses that I didn't want repeated with my new glasses were addressed. The whole time new customers were being greeted without taking away from my own experience and my 'thinking' time was used to help another couple who came in to pick up their glasses.
