They host gaming tournaments and it's great to know there is a brick and mortar store locally you can trust to buy out of normal circulation games. Every game I have bought from here has worked. Many of the more collectible games are kept in display cases based on the titles notererity rightfully so. However Super Mario RPG or Link To The Past are not on my list of games to acquire. My dream collection is something much more ambiguous. I'm trying to build a huge collection of bad games. Say what you will, it a lot easier to build up a collection of losers than winners. There is a method to my rambling and madness! Games are organized into platform, and sorted by title. Most pre disc games are sold as loose cartridges, my only complaint is that not everything is priced. And not all accessories can be found easily but I guess that's part of the hobby.

Table top and board games could be found in the front, newer issues of comics lining the right wall with cardboard bins full of organized comics on the tables in the middle of the store. While I was there, the proprietor, Chris, spoke to all sorts of locals about games they might be interested in, other games soon to come in or that just left, and other materials like a Spongebob CRT TV. (That's how you know I'm not making this up. *lol* ) You're likely here to sell or buy, not to know what makes this place tick. There's a lot of dense shelves of media that cover all sorts of video game consoles and video media players. From what I know, Christopher offers a professional standard rate on cash purchases: Half the rate he can sell it at. I think I understand, because where he's at must have plenty of people stopping by for media in the local industry. Trying to find a legitimate…read moreNintendo repair place that would work on the Wii seemed to be impossible... perhaps Nintendo just doesn't authorize it anymore. But, we wanted a working Wii so my wife called around and discovered this place. They couldn't repair our game system but sold us a replacement one (minus the cords and stuff which we already had and thus didn't need) for around $20, with a 30-day warranty. We took it home and it works. So, we are back to playing the Wii. Wheeee! They also sold retro toys, board games, video games, movies, and other "nerdish" things. It was a fun walk through, though you could easily empty your wallet and walk out with some nifty things if you aren't careful.
