I was asked, "Are you leaving it with us?" I said no, "I called to make sure I could wait and it was actually suggested that I wait." Then I was told, "Well I don't alignments until 8." (I'm wasn't even sure it needed an alignment, so I don't know how they did!?) That's all he said and walked off. By then, they had every bay full of cars that came after me. I got his attention and asked if he was even going to look at it until 8, he wobbled off and said, "Naw, probably not." So, I just drove to another tire service station in town that opened at 8. Much better choice!! These "professionals" weren't friendly or helpful at all.
