I called to see how to get my mom's car in to have it checked. I was told it's first come, first…read moreserved. I'm in to visit my mom from Texas and it's still a 45 minute drive to get to this station. I got there at 6:15 so I'd be sure to be early. The manager got there at 6:30 and still couldn't manage to get the doors open until 7:10, I was first to go in and I told them I just needed everything checked so I know my mom is safe driving. I was asked, "Are you leaving it with us?" I said no, "I called to make sure I could wait and it was actually suggested that I wait." Then I was told, "Well I don't alignments until 8." (I'm wasn't even sure it needed an alignment, so I don't know how they did!?) That's all he said and walked off. By then, they had every bay full of cars that came after me. I got his attention and asked if he was even going to look at it until 8, he wobbled off and said, "Naw, probably not." So, I just drove to another tire service station in town that opened at 8. Much better choice!! These "professionals" weren't friendly or helpful at all.
