I wish I could give 0 stars. So first thing this morning, I sent in pictures to be printed at Walgreens in Weatherford. I got an email around 11am saying they are ready for pick up. I go back online and request to pick them up through the drive thru and I go ahead and pay for them. I get to Walgreens around 4:50pm and after they had trouble finding my pictures they tell me I can't pick them up in the drive thru but to pull around front and they will bring them out to me. I pull around and wait for 15 minutes. Then I get a call saying I have to come in and pay for them at which point, I tell her they have already been paid for. The girl inside comes out to my car and requests confirmation that I've paid for it as they can't see I've paid for them on their end. I showed them my order confirmation and my receipt (one had the before tax balance and the other had the after tax balance). She then request TO SEE MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! One, you have no right to ask for that. Two, I pulled it up because I was getting very frustrated. She told me due to it saying "pending" by the charge, that it hasn't gone through. I then proceeded to explain to her how the banking system works and that it won't say approved immediately. Since I was so mad, I showed her where I bought and paid for my gas even though it said pending and where I paid for stuff at the dollar store earlier today and it said pending. I proceeded to ask for a manager at which point the girl tells me she was instructed my her manager to not give me the pictures until they were paid for AND that she would not be getting the manager for me since she already spoke to him. So after 45 minutes, I left without the pictures that I bought and paid for. I am HOT! read more

The associates are always so nice and willing to help you! The pharmacist and tech are also very nice as well. My newborn baby boy has eczema and he had a flare up while his doctors office was closed. The pharmacist looked at his eczema and told me my options and which over the counter products she recommended! She also walked me over to the products and showed me the exact one to get for him!! I have also started to order my photos through Walgreens, they are always so fast to fulfill my order. read more

In line for 30 min at pharmacy drive-thru is ridiculous on 11-5-2020. If someone's medication isnt ready, they should be forced to move- not hold up 8 cars behind them. read more

Last night I needed the pharmacist's opinion about my eye which was red due to my contacts. I took her advise & went down the street to the Xpress Wellness Clinic. Both the pharmacist & tech (Walt?) were very helpful. Am grateful for both of them for we were from out of state. Thanks! read more

Will never use pharmacy again. Just wanted to lay my prescription on the counter and go shop in their store while they filled it. Person behind register was so rude and twice shoved it back at me and rudely told me I was breaking the privacy of somebody at register!!! I did not even look at that person or did I even care what he was getting!!! She made me feel like a criminal. I said I just wanted to leave my prescription while I shopped so that's just what I'll do is LEAVE!!! I was so upset and she made me feel like a low life so bad that I started crying while shopping at the next store!!! I hope she feels better about herself hurting someone else. Never again read more

I've ordered all my children's graduation announcements from here without issue until today. we ordered late waiting on some senior pics to come in, which is usually not an issue with same day Pickup. We accepted a 3 day delay. When I called before driving to Woodward to pick up my graduates announcements I was told the machine is broken down with no repair date. Just a shoulder shrug and sorry. When you're relying on a service with no warning that there's a delay for event anouncements and no care for lack of customer care. I will not darken this stores doorway again. Luckily Weatherford store came in clutch no thanks to the help at Woodward. A little compassion and help goes a long way, hanging up on a mother who isn't being rude but audibly distressed is not the route to go. I'll send this up the food chain. So if you choose to give them a chance you might call early on to confirm they plan on fulfilling your order as promised. read more

The fact that I have to give even 1 star to this place is ridiculous. I had to stop in to fill a RX for an antibiotic. Handed the RX and insurance card to the lady behind the counter and she said she didn't have me in her system. Funny since I fill 99% of my RX at Walgreens. I repeated to her my information (address, phone #, ect.) still she couldn't find my information. Then she doesn't find the information she needs on my insurance card for RX so she hands me the card back and quotes the cash price. Not a huge deal but I know for a fact my RX doesn't have a co-pay but then tells me to call the number on the card to get the information she needs. Really?! That's YOUR job, not mine. What kind of people work at a pharmacy that can't pick up a phone and call the insurance company and get what you need yet tell a customer to do it. I said just to forget the insurance and to take my cash payment for the RX and that I would take my business elsewhere to a pharmacy that actually knows what they are doing and can handle a simple insurance phone call. The front of the store was great but you'd have better luck dealing in a back alley at night with a stranger than getting the pharmacy part to do their job right. read more

Do not use the Pharmacy here, they filled my son's prescription wrong and it made him sicker than he was in the first place. The over the counter part is handy and the front staff is nice, just won't use the pharmacy again. read more

Went in yesterday to get a refill for my gas grill. There was no one at the check out registers and I could see two young guys visiting on the other end of the bldg. by the photo area. I stood there a while and finally one looked up and noticed me. He came down signed on to a register and without looking up and no greeting, and in a surly, smug tone asked what I needed. We made the transaction, the whole time he never smiled and his voice tone and body language indicated for sure that he wished I had never come in. For instance when I asked him if I needed to enter my Walgreens discount card number, he responeded in a smug and hateful tone "if you want to." This is the second time I've received such bad service there. It's obvious that management does not put a priority on hiring and training employees to develop a customer service culture. There's too many other places to spend one's money and I will certainly go elsewhere from now on. read more
