When I went to pay in October I was unable to to in the app so I messaged them with no answer back. I just came in on the 1st of November to get my pawn which happens to be the only thing of my father I have left they tell me they pulled the pawn for sale and can't help me. I asked to talk to a manager and there was not one available and conveniently they don't have a managers phone number either. This place can fuck right off how can they do that to someone it's bullshit.
