I had fallons plumbing and rtl plumbing out to fix a water hammer issue we had which was…read moreunbearable. Fallons were at our house for six hours and could not fix the issue. They charged us an extortionate amount of money and then quoted us to re-pipe our house!! We also had rtl out and after two hours without any progress or sign of progress we asked them to leave. Then we called alliance who in one hour fixed the problem! They installed a pressure reduction valve on our water main and problem solved!! Extremely easy to deal with and in hindsight would of saved us a lot of hardship and money if we called them first! The only plumbers for us from now on!

We called a few plumbing companies and one of them came last Tuesday and had a look. He said "it's 17 years old, just too old and can't fix it" then they showed us some choices of new systems but we decided to go with Andrew Bailey who explained a lot to my partner so he could understand what to choose. Anyway, they came this morning to install the new system which we ordered($4500). They asked me what was wrong with the current system so I explained to them. They then decided to fix it without prompting. After 10mins, he called me and said "it's been fixed. if you want to install the new system, we can but you don't need to"!!!!!!! I was just so surprised at their honesty! They could've installed the new system and we wouldn't have known!!! Thank you so much

Ammiright?…read more Upon moving in we swiftly identified a few plumbing issues that required far more expert attention than we and our buddies Bunnings and YouTube could give (we offered them a six pack each for helping but no dice). McGrath & Frisby were highly recommended to us and we haven't looked back. These guys are warm, friendly and Iappreciate that they talk to me without that, "Let me leave a note for your boyfriend" tone. More over, I respect that on the most recent occasion we called for their services the plumber didn't go straight for the money bag. Instead he made a few adjustments and put in place a "this should honestly hold and fix the issue without you needing to buy a new bathroom sink and plumbing" solution. We still may need to, but I appreciated the approach of trying an alternative before getting to that. Suffice to say, dealing with the lads (there may be ladies, I just haven't met them yet), has been a breeze. So much of a breeze I'd tell you to call them when you next find yourself in need of a good local electrician or plumber.
