For example, I started an auto loan two days ago and finally got it completed this morning. I was told it womule take about 15 minutes for the check to be printed at my local branch. Well, 2 and a half hours later I'm sitting in an office in the branch waiting for someone to join a video conference to find out why the check isn't ready. so frustrating. The last car I sold to a guy and recommended RBFCU to him since it would simplify the transaction as my loan was with RBFCU. That trip took over fours and he had already been approved for the loan before going.

No other business or lender has ever charged a late fee or considered a payment late when an automatic payments which is set up on their end falls on a holiday and is withdrawn the next business day!!
