Don't make the same mistake I did. I was new to the area and had a crown come loose. I called this…read moredentist and for the most part they were friendly and inviting. I gave them my insurance information, I was presented with a quote, I approved the quote and then was charged "My estimated portion" which the insurance wouldn't cover. Fast forward to 2 months later when I get a bill for the whole amount. I look and find out that they are not an approved provider for my insurance. Stunned I called in and talked to the office manager. She was shocked and surprised that no one told me. I even went as far as booking future appointments with them because the estimate was correct for what I should have paid an in network dentist. At no time was I told that he was not in the network, I was left to assume that when they said they took my insurance, that they meant they "took my insurance" not that they would just bill for me. Sooo now I own 200.00 more than what I should and I regret ever going there. I asked if they would consider a discount for the lack of information, they said the charges are the charges. So lesson learned, never assume a doctor or dentist office takes your insurance, always call your carrier. Shame on the office staff who said they had never ever taken my insurance ever..not to tell me they didn't take it.

I…read morehand delivered the check to the physical office I got services rendered at and they have said my money is still due three months later. There is a note in their system that verifies that they received the check and it has been pending for 1.5 months. I have called many times and been told it was escalated with no resolution. Today I received a text saying money I paid them already was sent to collections. I also called the office and was disconnected "on accident" after expressing frustration with money being sent to collections that my insurance has already paid. DO NOT GO HERE.

I tried to tell the person it didnt get activated for a few days and recheck it then . The lady was rude and beligerent with me because i had medicade and they told me i could mot be seen .
