The hygienists, assistants, techs, etc are equally as great. I see Dr. Birchmeier and I think he is a great dentist. He has his quirky dentist jokes and asks questions when he has his hands in your mouth! He really cares about his patients and when you have work done other than cleaning, he makes sure it's done right and looks great. The patient area is open and bright. So if you hate the dentist, this set up will help out with the anxiety. It's not a white sterilized room with tools laying around. And they have TV's on the ceiling!

As they will repeatedly point out, the fine print will tell you it's an estimate and not a guarantee. When you are in the chair for a checkup, they ask if you want a fluoride treatment but do not tell you insurance doesn't cover it or what it costs. This dentist randomly came up in a conversation with my neighbor. They were told they needed a crown by one of the dentists there, but on a follow up visit with a different dentist, they were told they didn't need a crown. We are looking elsewhere from now on.

If I take time off I don't get paid. I made the appointment, confirmed the appointment only to either show up and find the office closed or get a call that the dentist will not be there, not only don't I get paid but I don't get to see the dentist. They also billed for full mouth x-rays that they should have known my insurance doesn't cover. Now I'm stuck with a $110 bill, and they won't release the x-rays. Shameful! There is a note in their system that verifies that they received the check and it has been pending for 1.5 months. I have called many times and been told it was escalated with no resolution. Today I received a text saying money I paid them already was sent to collections. I also called the office and was disconnected "on accident" after expressing frustration with money being sent to collections that my insurance has already paid. DO NOT GO HERE.
