Seeing them for therapy has helped me combat the effects of PTSD, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. I got into a healthier relationship, started eating healthier, working out more and finding out more about myself. They have a great team who are always hands on from the secretary's to the actual therapists. They are really good about making sure that you have your sessions in order, being attentive to your needs and giving out great references to psychiatrist that are able to communicate on which routes are best suited for your mental health. They are great about making you feel as if you arnt alone and you are really heard and not judged. For once in my life I feel as if I can sleep, maintain a healthy diet, and communicate better with my loved ones and peers. But of course there are always the general fall backs you can have, they are so great at keeping you from feeling guilty or losing sight of your journey. I can honestly say seeing their commitment, passion, and care really has helped me be a better version of myself I never thought I can fall in love with again when I looked in the mirror. They help you learn about yourself, discover things you never realized, and balance out your life.
