I am a long time customer and yes it is in decline. i think it's grown to big or joined with a Dublin Company. i took my paperwork in early March, told a few weeks. I let them know to get me a copy so I could talk to financial planner to see if we can do anything before filing. called 7-10 days ago no call back. it's now 4/15 and nothing. time for a change. read more

I have been a client for multiple years. Each year it seems to decline. This year I have been trying for months to get my taxes filed. They didn't respond to my emails for two weeks. When I called to speak to Jill the person answering the phone attempted multiple times to send me to the voicemail of the person who had ignored me for two weeks. I had to demand to talk to Jill. Jill took my call on the 15th and promised I could pay and she would get them filed. That did not happen. They are still not filed, so late. I had an extremely simple return, only a W2. They raised the filing fee to $350 this year and there is absolutely zero reason this service is worth this price. I have requested four times now how to pay the invoice and can't even get a response to that. No explanation, apology or offer to reduce the fee in consideration of the poor service. This reeks of very poor planning. Zero stars. read more
