I can call or email with any questions and he gets back to us quickly. He is always looking out for our best interests. Brian makes sure we have the insurance we need at the lowest possible costs and whenever we have had to file a claim he stays in the loop and looks out for us. I always tell people who think they are getting a bargain on their insurance that it's not going to seem like a bargain when they go to file a claim and they are denied or not fully insured. Yet I got a letter from Augustine Insurance that my policy would be cancelled by the end of the month if I didn't turn in the documents. I called Augustine and spoke to a woman there. She couldn't even locate me as a Progressive customer. I asked her to find the documents and not to cancel my insurance. She said she would call me back and confirm.
