I was really impressed with how kind they were. The building is really cool too - it is a historic fire station, with informational signage available out front. Yet I got a letter from Augustine Insurance that my policy would be cancelled by the end of the month if I didn't turn in the documents. I called Augustine and spoke to a woman there. She couldn't even locate me as a Progressive customer. I asked her to find the documents and not to cancel my insurance. She said she would call me back and confirm.
