She's super friendly and makes you comfortable during the process. I was finished in about 15 minutes. She's good about checking with you whether you're comfortable, if you've had certain wax services before, if you're comfortable with the wax temperature, getting off any possible stray pieces of wax, etc... When we were finished, I asked her to remove a few strands of stray hair around my belly button and she was more than happy to oblige. Best of all, no tweezing needed at the end. I pay more for a Brazilian wax with her than I did back in Cali, but not by much. She's about $5 -$10 more, But for good reliable service, she's worth it. I checked in on Yelp and received a $5 discount. Savings are savings! Her prices are on her website, as well as in her shop, which I appreciate. Recommendation: She only takes appointments. No walk-ins. She's a one woman show and she's told me that almost all of her clients are currently wax clients, so she hasn't had time for couple's massages.
